During the wrap cycle there is chances of load displacement because of the acceleration and deceleration of turntable. It is also noteworthy that hinge type column saves the time of installation.

We bring forth for our clients Carton Wrapper, which is used for carton wrapping application on all surfaces. The wrapper consists of 0-300% variable pre-stretch that ensures minimum cost of consumables, while optimum load integrity in maintained. wrapping of light cartons and delicate cartons with less tension and heavier Cartons with more tension is done with independent film tension adjustment. Besides, to give less operator fatigue and more output, the wrapper is set at a convenient operating height of 800 mm. Moreover, the machine offers a provision for logic control through PLC.

Sequence of operations:

• Accepting new Carton in home position
• Loading of new carton and pulling of small amount of film and placing underneath the carton
• Operate the top platen to come down and hold the carton
• Press cycle start button to turn table start rotating
• Applying the pre-stretched film on the carton on four faces
• Turn table stops to release the top platen and topple the carton by 90°
• Turntable starts rotating and applies the film on the carton
• Finally, wrapping carton on all six faces
• Cutting the film manually and releasing the top platen
• Remove the carton and loading new
• Repeating the cycle
