Janak Dehydration Pvt. Ltd. was established in 1992 with the dynamic and pioneering zeal of Mr. N.L.Mehta with over 50 years of experience in Agricultural business. The company owns hundreds of acres of plantations in Mahuva/Bhavnagar around its factory.

For export, bulk packaging is 2x12.5 kgs. heat sealed high density polyethylene (HDPE) bags in a 5 ply corrugated box of 25 kgs. net wt. Other bulk packing & small consumer packing is also available as per customer''s requirement.

Quantity per FCL: Flakes approx 17 Mt. in 1x40 Ft. FCL / Approx 7.5 Mt. in 1x20 Ft. FCL.

Power approx. 15 Mt. in 1x20 Ft. FCL.

Other mixed assorted combinations in FCL are also possible as per customer needs.

All containers are fumigated with approved pesticides at our factory before shipment.

Our vast experience of fresh Onions agri business has led us to setup this processing plant of Dehydration of Onions and other vegetables.

The plant is state-of-art with modern equipments and all the products pass through a continuous processing system under struct hygienic conditions with rigid quality control measures.

The total processing capacity is 15,000 Kgs. of final product per day.

The total processing area is 1,00,000 Sq. Ft.

Importance is given to precision quality control through magnets at each stage of production.

Each department and each individual is involved in the quality control through-out the plant.

The product is an alternate to fresh Onions / other vegetables and have a variety of uses such as preparation of instant foods, soups, sauces, gravies, other processed foods, vegetarian and non-vegetarian dishes. It can be fried too. Eyes do not burn when using our dehydrated onions.

Our raw onions storage capacity enables us to make dehydrated onions / other vegetables available almost throughout the year.
