Our Wooden Cooling Tower has multi-blade cast aluminum adjustable pitch fan with Hub. Motor is provided with the system is special low RPM, T.E.F.C, IP - 55 construction suitable for heated and humid atmosphere. Main structural components and other light section machined with HDG steel. All joints are bolted with GI bolts and SS Nails. Water distributed uniformly with spray target nozzles. The standard cladding of profile corrugated asbestos cement sheet, the joints of which are lapped to shed water only inside the cooling tower. The treated wooden fills are supported on FRP grids which assure positive and permanent positioning.

There are a total of 91 models available under single cell configuration. Multi-cell configuration are provided to offer flexibility of operation and also meet increased cooling requirements. These cooling towers are supplied with treated timber construction, which is pressure treated with copper chromate arsenic.
