Since its inception in 1989 at Kota in Udupi district, Janatha Fish Meal & Oil Products has come a long way to be known as a one of the best fishmeal industries in the country. Thanks to its strategic location which is also very popular for high quality Indian Oil Sardine (Sardinella Longiceps). Adding to it are its determined management who have turned Janatha Fish Meal & Oil Products into a midsized industry, producing about 120 T of fishmeal and 60 T of fish oil everyday selling across the globe.
