Principle of Vibro Screen

"Jas" vibro screen are design on to principle of gyratory motion. Vibrations are generating by two eccentric weights mounted on specially designed heavy-duty double-ended vibratory motor. This imparts combination of horizontal and vertical vibration such that the materials moves in definite path before it are discharge from the machine. This gives great deal of flexibility in turning the machine to specific application.

Standard accessories of Vibro Screen

• Per deck one screen.
• Suitable electric motor.
• 3 meter cable & 3 pin top as per IS: 1293
• 1 H.P. ( 0.75 Kw.) 4 Pole totally enclosed fan cooled three phase or Single Phase Sq. cage motor as per IS: 325 or 996.

Dust Cover For Vibro Screen: This accessory is must for dust free screening. It is conical cover with an inlet hole in center for feeding material and as inspection window to see the screening process on the mesh. Dust cover is clamped on the topmost deck with the help of 'V' grooved and 'C' clamp and can be removed easily if not required.

Extra accessories of Vibro Screen

Anti Vibration Mounts Isolates the machine vibrations of machine from the ground. It also helps in accurate leveling of the machine.
Feeder Hopper : This device helps you to ensure continuous and steady feed to the machine. Very useful where feed material is to be manually dumped from bags.

Horizontal Centrifugal Sieve / Sifter

The Jas Enterprises's Horizontal centrifugal Sieve is designed to handle a wide variety of food, chemical and mineral products. Centrifugal sifters are primarily used to sift oversize out of product. Featuring high efficiency separation and high capacity through-put, the sifters have an easy clean design with partial disassembly without tools for access. Robust construction with self aligning inspection doors to ensure dust tight sealing. Screen assemblies can easily and quickly be replaces.

Construction of Rotary Centrifugal separators:

 

Rotary Centrifugal separators construction comprises a stationary horizontal cylindrical sieve, an internal rotating shaft fitted along the sieve length. In operation, material to be sifted is feed into the sifter inlet feed box. The product is then uniformly feed into the Rotary Centrifugal separators by means of the feeding hopper. The centrifugally force the fines material against and through the screen. Soft whilst oversize particles pass out the end of the screen. Adjustable weirs control the flow of oversize and retention time in the sifter.
