Note: Cooling Water Supply at ambient temperature for the VacucmPumps shall be provided by you.
3. Trolley
Trolley runs on rail will be provided with the ovan and movement of trolley in and out of the ovan shall be by means of crane existing in your factory.
4. Electric Heaters
Heater will be provided on side walls and bottom wall of the ovan. These heaters inside of pipeline will be mounted inside of bottom and side walls. Hot oil will be circulated through these pipes.
Electrical heaters of 80 to 100 k.w capacity will be placed inside these pipes.Thermostats and a Dial Thermometers will be provided on this Heat Exchanger for temperature control. A Safety Thermostat will be provided.
A Pressure Safety Valve will be provided. The tempreture 90 to100oC.
A centrifugal pump will be provided for circulation of oil through pipeline and heat exchanger. The pipeline will be thermally insulated to minimise loss of heat. Quantity of Heat Transfer Oil required for first filling will be supplied by the customer.
