Pharma Liquid Manufacturing Plant

We offer complete manufacturing facility for liquid orals with cGMP paint free construction and CIP for batch size of 500 litres to 15000 litres. The facility consists of Sugar syrup vessel / on line sugar syrup pre filter / manufacturing vessel / storage vessels / vacuum system for transfer of sugar and sugar syrup / product piping

The salient features of our facility are :

The plant is designed to be operated by one operator and one helper.
Vessels are cGMP (paint free construction) and are suitable for vacuum.
Contact parts are of SS 316 and are finished to class 4 B (mirror) finish and crevice free.
Entry of all propeller agitators are from bottom through a specially designed cartridge double mechanical seal with TC / TC seal face and water circulation system equipped with water detection sensor
Pipes, pipe fittings and valves are of SS 316, seamless, internally electropolished with DIN standard unions. Gaskets used are of silicon (food grade).
Values like current, product temperature are displayed digitally on the panel.
Manhole of all the vessels are equipped with davit fitting and the cover of the manhole slides instead of being lifted.
Internal parts of the vessel are thread free. All fasteners are dome bolts and dome nuts.
Sugar syrup and manufacturing vessels are provided with limpet coils for heating and cooling and are designed for internal vacuum to facilitate transfer of sugar from stores to sugar syrup vessel.
Sugar syrup is transferred to manufacturing vessel through on line sugar syrup prefilter by vacuum.
Vessels with limpet coils are insulated with 50 mm thick mineral wool insulation and cladded with SS 304.
