Water Soluble Cutting Oil

Product Description:

Water soluble cutting oil is specially compounded soluble cutting oil composed of a petroleum oil and a special emulsifier. It mixes readily with water.

Application:

Metal grinding and cutting operation generate heat. The purpose is to reduce heat generation and and increase it dissipation. JAY-cutt 666 is general purpose soluble oil containing a higher level of emulsifiers and forms very stable emulsion with water at high dilution. It provides excellent cooling, lubricity and rust protection for use in wide range of grinding and machine operation. When preparing emulsion always add oil to water.

Product Recommendations:

Jay -cutt 666 is typically recommended for use at water/oil ratios of 10:1to 20:1 in grinding,cutting,drilling,forming,planning,milling and turning operation on a variety of carbon and alloy steels ranging from soft to medium hardness.

Semi Synthetic Cutting Oil

Semi synthetic cutting oil is high performance, environment – friendly, clear blue semi-synthetic metal working fluid. This product is cost effective due to its extended sump life and low maintenance costs. Semi synthetic cutting oil is suitable for all moderate machining and grinding operations of all ferrous and its alloy metals.

Formulated with extreme pressure additives, corrosion inhibitor package and biocides, It is designed to give good sump life with better tool life.

Features:

All in one CNC cutting work like ferrous, aluminum, brass, copper, S.S., M.S.
Always add oil to water and never the other way.
Usage of low hardness (<100 PPM), Low chlorides (<30 PPM) water.
Never add product directly to the sump. Add in the emulsion form.
Always clean the sump throughly before a fresh charge.
