| We are offering Oil Additives. These oil additives are recommended for long lasting and high performance. |
Gear Oil Additives |
| It has been specially formulated to give excellent antiwear and extreme pressure properties along with thermal, oxidation and rust characteristics (covering copper and copper alloys) to cover a broad range of applications of gear oil applications. Gear Oil Additives (EP) should be blended with highly refined base stocks to meet API GL4, GL5, GL2 and IS 8406 (1993) when blended in suitable base stock & desired viscosity grades. Performance: Lubricants formulated with this additive package work for heavy duty enclosed gear drives with splash and circulatory type lubrication systems under heavy shock load conditions. It also gives dependable performance for continuous service at operating temperature upto 160 °C. Our Gear Oil Additives (EP) is also useful for antifriction bearings subjected to heavy shock loads.
Dosage: To formulate suitable grades in group i base oils. API GL 4 (AUTOMOTIVE GEAR OIL) 2.0 API GL 5 (AUTOMOTIVE GEAR OIL) 4.0 IS 8406 (INDUSTRIAL GEAR OIL) 1.5 |
Hydraulic Oil Additives |
| Hydraulic oil Additives (Multipurpose Antiwear ) - Hydraulic Oil Additives has been formulated to give excellent hydraulic fluid characteristics to cover a broad range of applications. The product should be blended with highly refined base stocks to achieve the following desired results.
Performance: By adding 0.75 to 1.0 % w/w in ISO VG grades of oils the following performance results are obtained: Note: Additionally 100 – 300 ppm of defoamer could be added to meet the foaming characteristics. MEETS FOLLOWING INTERNATIONAL SPECIFICATIONS: DIN 51524 P II; BIS 10522; US STEEL 127; CINCINNATI P68, P69, P70 ETC. |
