We are glad to introduce ourselves as leading manufacturer of shuttering oil for construction industries – both for MS & wooden shuttering for the past 18 Years. The product is equivalent to other products available in the market and economy rate in cost as it is water soluble.

It is used with water in the ratio of 1.5 (i.e. one liter of oil to be mixed with five liters of water). This mixture will cover the area of 150 square feet (app.) per liter and mold releases easily. After release of the mold the mixture could be taken out simply by giving water, so that the surface could be washed or painted easily.

This material is having some major ingredients like mineral oil and eco friendly, high viscosity additives, which are very stable in nature and also non-sticky.

Product Description:

Water soluble cutting oil is specially compounded soluble cutting oil composed of a petroleum oil and a special emulsifier.It mixes readily with water.

Application:

Metal grinding and cutting operation generate heat. The purpose is to reduce heat generation and and increase it dissipation. JAY-cutt 666 is general purpose soluble oil containing a higher level of emulsifiers and forms very stable emulsion with water at high dilution. It provides excellent cooling, lubricity and rust protection for use in wide range of grinding and machine operation. When preparing emulsion always add oil to water.

Jay -cutt 666 is typically recommended for use at water/oil ratios of 10:1to 20:1 in grinding,cutting,drilling,forming,planning,milling and turning operation on a variety of carbon and alloy steels ranging from soft to medium hardness.

This is a versatile high performance Emulsifier for soluble cutting oil. This is general purpose emulsifier. Which is soluble in lubricating base stock.

Approximately 18-20 % emulsifier is mixed in a suitable oil as per application need, however for best performance napthenic oil is preferable which would give better emulsion for longer duration. Required quantity of oil to be added in water with vigorous stirring. This gives stable emulsion (Normally 5 to 10 % Emulsion is used). Meets IS - 1115 - 1986 Specification.

Introduction:

Orchard spray oil is emulsifier oil blended from high quality base oils and specially selected additives. The oil has an excellent wetting property and is compatible with most of the insecticides. Also the oil does not have any toxic influence on the surroundings.

Application:

Orchard spray oil is used in the form of oil-in-water (recommended dosage is 2 to 4 % of oil in water) and the emulsion is sprayed to control different type of insects. The oil is specially recommended for the protection of apple trees from San Jose scale.

It has been specially formulated to give excellent antiwear and extreme pressure properties along with thermal, oxidation and rust characteristics (covering copper and copper alloys) to cover a broad range of applications of gear oil applications. It should be blended with highly refined base stocks to meet API GL4, GL5, GL2 and IS 8406 (1993) when blended in suitable base stock & desired viscosity grades.
 
Performance:  Lubricants formulated with this additive package work for heavy duty enclosed gear drives with splash and circulatory type lubrication systems under heavy shock load conditions.  It also gives dependable performance for continuous service at operating temperature upto 160 °C.  It is also useful for antifriction bearings subjected to heavy shock loads.

APPLICATIONS:-

The product has the advantages of excellent neutralization power & high temperature detergency and rust preventive property. It can be mainly used for blending high and medium grade lubricating oil used in internal combustion engines, marines and the engines which use fuel with high sulfur content so that lacquer and carbon residue deposits accumulated in the combustion chamber of the engines are not only greatly reduced, but also the cleanliness of the pistons can be maintained. Corrosion to the engine parts by acidic matters also can be prevented and its service time can be prolonged. Better compounding synergistic effect can be obtained with the addition of ashless dispersant, anti-oxidant and corrosion inhibitor. The quantity of the product to be added into lubricating oil is from 1.5% to 3.0% in formulating engine oil and 5 to 10 % in formulating Marine engine oils.
