Small Industrial Boilers We offer fine quality Small Industrial Boilers that are available with two pass dry back construction, with a plain cylindrical furnace in the first pass and a large nest of tubes in the second pass, of all-welded construction. All our boilers are manufactured in accordance with the latest Chapter XIV of the IBR. These boilers are manufactured, ensuring strictly that the water holding capacity is less than 500 litres and to serve the small/ large scale industries with low steam requirements, still adhering to IBR. All mountings are non-IBR, except the safety valves. This makes the boiler more cost-effective. |

Three Pass Boilers We also design and export Three Pass semi-wetback/fully wetback packaged boilers for mechanical draft. They use indirect-fired water heater to heat your hot water. These boilers are suitable for wood briquettes etc. |

Quality We offer Boilers and Hot Water Generators that are designed to fired with oil, coal, firewood, briquettes from organic wastes and agro wastes such as coconut shell, ground nut shell, rice husk, bagasse, etc. The design, input materials, processes etc., are approved by IBR. Every product goes through 60 stage inspections that include non-destructive tests like radiography, stress relieving and hydraulic testing, etc. We are one of the few boiler manufacturers in the country who use plates of higher grades and thickness in the manufacture of boilers, resulting in long life of the boiler. All our boilers are eco-friendly and contribute by not using fire wood as a fuel in any of our boilers. We endeavor to elevate the standard of excellence by providing premium quality products. We are planning to have ISO certification and our diversification plans include more collabrative efforts with world leaders. |
