We are specialized in offering high quality PTFE equipment wires for complex, high density wiring packages where excellent electrical properties, small size and low weight are the most important factors. These are also suitable for general industrial applications where a wide range of operating temperatures (-60°C to +260°C) may be experienced together with exposure to corrosive chemicals. Are available in 3 categories: Unscreened, Screened, and Sheathed. In 3 voltage grades: 250 Vrms, 600 Vrms and 1000 Vrrns. Conductor (silver plated copper) single or stranded, sizes from AWGI0 to AWG32. Current carrying capacity from 6 Amps to more than 100 Amps (Cross sectional area of conductor from 0.031 mm square to 4.650 mm square). Standard Sizes: As per BSG-210 Type A, B, C and MIL-W-16878 Type ET, E, EE. Non standard and large cross sectional sizes are also available on request.

Our range of PTFE multicore wires are used for advanced control panel and instrumentation wiring in large installations, plants and power projects. Available in several pairs twisted individually and/or collectively. These can be availed in various sizes and shapes as per individual requirements. Can be used to transmit low voltage, RF, or digital signals in the vicinity of high temperatures. Unscreened or screened. Jacketing of PTFE as well as PVC can be supplied. All types of signaling, communication and telephone cables fall in this category.

Extension and compensating leads for accurate measurement of temperature in hostile environments, Manufactured to extremely high tolerance and suitable for the most demanding applications in a wide range of industries. Also available in Multicore form. Substantial performance and economic benefits can be achieved over conventional insulation. The conductors have thermal emf. value as per DIN-43760. Type T,K,E and J can be supplied.
