We manufacture PTFE RF Coaxial Cables as per MIL-C-17 or JSS-51100 having conductor of silver plated copper covered steel with overall sheath of PTFE, Sizes from WRC-45 to WRC-59 (as per JSS). The general application of PTFE Coaxial cables includes high ambient temperature conditions or low ambient temperature with higher power ratings. The very small sizes with PTFE as dielectric and sheath are primarily intended for use within equipments where termination in connectors, or a terminal, is by soldering and for which polythene may be unsuitable because of its tendency to flow during the soldering operation.

We offer a wide range of PTFE (Corona Resistant) High Voltage Cables in 4 KV AC/9 KV DC to 22 KV AC/50 KV DC working.

Conductors: All PTFE insulated wires and cables are manufactured using silver plated copper conductor properly annealed both in single or stranded construction. For Furnace applications nickel plated conductors are supplied.

Colours: All types of wires and cables are available in eleven standard electronic colours. Also transparent (natural) insulation can be supplied. Full range of wires and cables are available in bi-colour or tri-colour combinations (one or two spiral strips over any background colour) This is specially useful for multicore cables having large number of cores.

We are specialized in manufacturing a wide range of PTFE sleeves as per JSS-54802 are available from 0.5 mm to 12 mm bore dia with wall thickness ranging from 0.25 mm to 1.0 mm.

We manufacture and export PTFE tape for electric insulation purpose or for release film is available in any required width 6 mm to 150 mm and in any required thickness 0.003 to 0.025 inch.
