Spring Washers

Creating new fundamentals of technology in Indian mechanical tool industry, we also manufacture fully automatic spring washer coiling and cutting machines to manufacture carbon steel and stainless steel spring washers. These are available in four different models to cover washer sizes from 2.5mm to 36 mm.

It offers an advantage of very low tooling cost and easy tool change over. We know that the productivity of a machine tool is restricted by the accuracy, power and speed hence we have designed it suitably to give output of 120 to 350 pieces per minute. More than 35 installation are working successfully all over India.

It is a dish shaped washer and made up of spring steel. This belleville spring washer is easy to operate and provides a compact springing solution. Characterized with springing effect our manufactured belleville spring washer returns to its original state when the load is removed and are also used to keep bolt connections tight.

Spring washers are widely used in transmission towers erection, railways, automobiles, electrical and in many other engineering applications, where locking action is required against rotation of the screw of bolted assemblies. It provides excellent protection against loosening of assembly due to vibrations, jerks or fatigue.

The Popular spring washer brand "CARBON" is being manufactured and distributed by us. Spring washers are produced on automatic machines within close tolerances to provide excellent functional properties. Our spring washer is a single coil helical shaped wire ring and work like a spring when loaded and offer a preloaded between two surfaces.

Manufactured as per ISS, BSS, JIS, DIN standards like IS:3063, IS:6735, DIN:127, BS:1802, JIS, American standards and to as per customer specifications. Sizes ranging from 2 mm to 36 mm in Metric standard and from 1/8” to 1.5” with internal diameter are available.

Stainless steel spring washers are suitable in medical, surgical, chemical and food processing equipments. We manufacture SS washers from 4mm to 12mm and in ½” size.

Made up of carbon steel shaped wire grade EN-42B, this washer provides a compensating spring force and load sustaining or shock absorption.

Our Metal Spring washers is used for loading applications particularly where radial space is limited. The metal spring washer is made up of stainless steel, high carbon steel and many other metals.

In the latest assembly technique, bolts with plane washer and spring washer in combination are used to reduce handling and sub assembling time of individual parts. In these methods bolt is put to threading after inserting spring washer so that it does not come out.

The Internal Diameter is little less than that of prescribed in the standards. J&J has gained expertise in manufacturing these washers generally referred as "COMBI WASHER". Special Combi - sizes (suitable for bolt put to threading after inserting washer) are also manufactured.
