			Infrastructure We have state-of-the-art infrastructural facilities for manufacturing bags according to the current fashion trends. We have highly modernized stitching machines which can stitch bags with complete precision and perfection in shortest possible time. All our process from stitching, coloring, finishing and packaging are taken care by various experts who are responsible for the process. Our average production output contributes to 10,000 pieces of bags, 35,000 pieces of scarves and stoles and around 10,000 to 15,000 pieces of slippers every month. We have design, manufacturing and marketing departments also which work in complete harmony and coordination with the rest of the departments to make our work a success.


			Our Manpower We have a highly skilled and motivated team of around 50 employees who possess complete market knowledge and can easily handle the production process. We have designers from NIFT and other reputed fashion institutes who create ensembles for our clients with their innovative outlook. Our professionals also impart in-house training to the semi skilled and new entrants to enhance their efficiency, minimize the wastage as well as increase the productivity ratio.


			Quality We have marched ahead of our competitors in terms of quality. We rigorously follow stringent quality control procedures, beginning right from the purchase of raw material to the dispatch of finished products, thus ensuring the movement of flawless products. The superb quality of raw materials is processed through our latest equipment under the strict supervision of skilled manpower. We also do quality testing “Aezo free Analysis”, but this depends on the request of the client as this is a very costly test. We have a team of quality control analysts, who monitor the quality of raw material at the time of stitching and coloring. We procure raw materials like: cotton, viscous, canvas, georgette, silk, satin, velvet, leather, sequin, beads, glass, etc., to produce superior quality bags. Moreover, our experts also pay attention to the stitches and zippers so that they do not easily rip off or get damaged.


			Packaging We have packaging experts who pack the products in corrugated boxes and poly-packs to protect them from dirt, rain and heat. They are packed in completely safe packages which protect them from silverfish and various other insects and worms. We individually pack all our products for their security and easy identification. Our packages are also light in weight and easy to handle.


			Our Future Plans In order to expand our business activities in the global arena, we with the assistance of our experienced management team have framed out certain plans and policies to work on so that we can easily expand our horizons. Our future plans include: •Procurement of New Machines and enhancing the production. •New Unit Up-gradation.


			Warehouse We have a spacious warehouse to store all our products in completely safe and sound environment. Our warehouse is fitted with temperature controllers in order to maintain the temperature of the products to protect them from various atmospheric conditions. We have palletizers to stack all the products in different pallets and shelves. Our warehousing experts have complete knowledge about the storekeeping and efficiently store all the products so that they can be easily located.
