JAYASREE Cement bulk carrier is designed with our own infrastructure of CAD modeling soft wares and fabricated by our highly skilled and experienced crew of dedicated engineers and technocrats with a highly developed conception for the bulk transportation of pulverized material, built in response to the prevailing national market.
JAYASREE has made every effort to offer its cement bulk carrier to the customers, able to discharge completely and suit customer’s requirements and satisfaction. JAYASREE Bulker is designed "V" type self supporting and an all welded construction fabricated out of high strength heat treated fine grain steel conforming to ASTM A 36 grade or equivalent.
Range: It is offered in banana type and cylindrical type, as per the requirements of our clients.
JAYASREE cement bulkers are offered in the range of capacities from 27 Cu.M to 50 Cu.M.
Tthe Pressure Tank: JAYASREE Cement bulker pressure tank is designed to operate under working pressure of 2 Kg/sq.cm above atm.pressure.
The ends of the tank are dished and flanged ends and one discharge hopper provided at the bottom precisely designed to give minimum angle of repose.
Aeration System The aeration system of JAYASREE cement bulker comprises of a complete aeration and special conveyance device.
Piping Arrangement :
The piping arragement of JAYASREE cement bulker comprises of pipelines of various sizes, Outlet funnel, quick release coupling, shut off valve, non-return valve, manometer 0-4 Kg/sq.cm, ball valves, safety valve, air connection hoses, out let pipe with booster and suitable manholes on top of the tank.
Trailer : The main rail frame of cement bulk carrier is constructed from steel sheets conforming to ASTM A36 Grade or equivalent. The cross members are from pressed steel sections. Heavy duty anti-under run rear bumper constructed of hot rolled rectangular section and steel sheets.
Landing Gear :
Heavy duty telescopic, two speed landing gear capacity 60 tons at static load.
ACCESSORIES - Air slider cement discharge hose of 4"
- 5mtrs length fitted with quick release coupling.
- Metal mud guards with rubber mud flaps - 4 nos.
- Catwalk on top of the tank with access ladder from rear.
- Tool box at the rear of the bulker.
External Painting :
