Jay Chemicals is R&D oriented company and has well-equipped laboratory and experienced chemists for the in-house process development from a few ml to 50 Lt scale. Jay Chemicals also has pilot plant facility where the process developed on a lab scale is studied further and valuable plant design data is generated.
Based on design data, necessary equipment are designed in-house and fabricated by experts in the field. Manufacturing facility of Jay Chemicals is modern, flexible and is backed up by competent and well-experienced production and maintenance team.
Jay Chemicals also has well designed treatment facilities to control water and air pollution and is a member of Common Solid Waste Depository (CSWD) operated by Vapi Waste and Effluent Management Co. Ltd. (VWEMCL).
Jay Chemicals exports majority of its production to Multinationals in Europe, USA and South-east Asia. Quality of products and services offered by Jay Chemicals is comparable to the best available globally and has yearly contracts with couple of Multinationals for its products.
Jay Chemicals has successfully completed development of products given by Multinational companies and the commercial supply has already commenced.
Jay Chemicals has also stepped into Custom Synthesis and Contract Manufacturing and has couple of products under development for the Customers.

Environment Protection FacilityCompany is conscious of its environmental responsibility and has well designed activated sludge based waste water treatment plant. The treatment facility comprises of grease trap, primary settling tank (20m3), neutralisation tank (6m3), equalisation tank (2 x 40m3), aeration tank (350 m3) with efficient NOPOL diffused aeration system, secondary settling tank (18m3) along with support equipment like aeration blower (650m3/hr.), transfer pumps, filter press, etc. Company is also a member of common effluent treatment plant (CETP) operated by Vapi Waste and Effluent Management Company Ltd. (VWEMCL) and Common Solid Waste Depository (CSWD). CETP of Vapi is Asia's largest composite effluent treatment plant having treatment capacity of 82000m3 waste water per day. Company is also a member of BEIL (Bharuch Enviro Infrastructure Ltd.), common incineration facility at Bharuch. Company also has scrubbing system for gases like NOx, Cl2, HCl, SO2, NH3, etc.
