Our Facilities
We have state of the art CNC machines to ensure a high degree of accuracy and repeatability in the components that we produce. We have 7 CNC turning centers, vertical machining centers, 4 CNC vertical machining centers along with a host of conventional machines like center lathes, single spindle autos, capstan lathes, centerless grinding and thread rolling machines. We continously invest in new machinery depending on the client requirement.

Quality Systems
We are an accredited ISO 9001:2000 facility for supply of precision machined parts.We are upgrading our systems to qualify for TS 16949 certification. We provide Statistical Process Control reports and other necessary quality documents to our clients depending on their requirement.Our systems ensure that we produce and supply only high quality components as per customer specification. We have standard measuring equipments like digital verniers,micrometers,height guages, profile projector and other component specific guages which are callibrated on time.
