In our product line, we have a highly advanced Chip Conveyor, which are used for different applications. These chip conveyors are available in the following models:

 

Scraper Type Chip Conveyors:

 

• Used for smaller chips especially for cast iron chips
• Scrapers are tied between the chains that are running on the sprockets mounted on shafts
• Scrapers carry the chips to the chip bin.

 

Slat Type Chip Conveyors:

 

• Also called as the Slat Type Conveyors and used for long curly chips ideal for steel chips
• A hinged belt is attached with the chain and for efficiently carrying chips on it's surface
• Any entangling of chips with the conveyor is avoided

 

Magnetic Chip Conveyors:

• Our magnetic chip conveyors are used for the small wet ferrous chips
• Helps in recovering the costly fluids that are used for machining
• The chips fall on the still standing stainless steel
• The material handling conveyor runs below the stainless steel sheet
• Magnets are connected to the chain
• The chips stick to the magnets & carried to the chip bin
• The fluid is recovered back to the tank

Roller Conveyor is widely used in the warehousing and logistics industry where majority of jobs require movement of discrete packages or objects. In comparison to normal belt conveyors, these are stronger and have longer life span. When the application requires combination of two or more roller conveyors, the use of Powerised Roller Conveyor is advised against Gravity Roller Conveyor. These conveyors can be customized in accordance to the application and nature of job. To operate this Powerised Roller Conveyor, drive motor mechanism can be adopted. This kind of conveyor can be used for heavy blocks, pallet, corrugated box and other heavier loads without fearing any damage to the fabric belt. Powerised Roller Conveyor is offered by us in mainly two types: - Powered Roller Conveyor and Power & Free Roller Conveyor.
