Electro Magnetic Ferro Filters

Jaykrishna magnetics pvt ltd has disigned a nique system for the sepration of the sliquid slury in automatic sepration with the electro magnetic system. The system is the most useful for    silica  sand separation, ceramic slurry, dyes and chemical slurry, china clay slurry, and any other material. The system will be operated with  the high power electromagnet  in  side the tank, it is operated with two cycles  first is the slurry cycle and than the washing cycle, which can per controller by the plc from the control panel. The inlet having the slurry feeding valve and the water feeding valve , and outlet is having the same valves.
Operation

We the slurry pump starts the slurry valves will be automatically open and the magnet also get energies, the slurry will pass through the matrix special designed for the get the magnetic field of the electro magnet coil. The iron contamination will be catch in the matrix and the slurry will be discharged for the outlet. After the slurry cycle the wash cycle will be started and the magnet field will be cut off and magnetic particles stick on the matrix will be wash out with the water and come out from the wash water discharge valve.
