Have developed high intensity, high gradient, permanent magnetic roll separators, with the indigenous technology, which has been used successfully in industrial minerals applications. The machine incorporates high intensity rare earth neodymium permanent magnetic roll assembly, which is manufactured and assembled under strict quality control to generate unsurpassed magnetic field. The ptfe belt of 0. 25 mm to 0. 50 mm thick will be used to convey the material on magnetic roll which results the high gradient under this high intensity magnetic field, weekly magnetic contamination can be easily removed efficiently.

Features:

Magnetic rolls available in various widths up to 1500mm. Magnetic rolls available in three different magnetic strengths. Variable speed ac geared motor drive adjustable from 0 to 180 rpm drives the roll. A variable rate vibratory feeder with controls provided for feeding. Abrasion resistant endless conveyor belts with thickness of 0. 25/0. 5mm is provided with the machine.

A short conveyor belt envelopes the magnetic roll and a tensioning idler roll. A suitable feeder discharges material on the belt. The ferro magnetic and paramagnetic particles gather to the belt while  the non magnetic particles flow freely at the end of the conveyor. The magnetic rolls incorporated in our machines have been specially designed and developed to generate exceptionally high magnetic field and gradient. The rolls which are built by using rare earth nd-fe-b magnet are manufactured to very low dimensional tolerances.


Applications:

Suspended Permanent Magnetic Over band Separators are designed to eliminate tramp metal from the product carried by belt, vibratory feeders or inclined planes.

Over bands are mainly used to protect Machine such as Crushers, Shredders and others, to remove ferrous particles and purify products ( Industries like Foundries, Coal Mines, Cement Works, Food, Sponge Iron, Char coal, Glass, Chemical Industries and Domestic waste recycling Plants.)

The permanent Magnetic Over band Separators are used when an automatic Removal of ferrous contamination is necessary. If not, fixed Permanent Suspension Magnets are more suitable.

Applications :

Five type of Separators Re designed to operate at  a predetermined working gap over the conveyor : 100, 150, 200, 250 and 300mm.

The speed of the belt , the nature of the product, its density, its granulometry and the size of the pieces which have to be extracted are on of the parameters to be taken into consideration when choosing the type of Overband.

Construction :

Two U-section pieces are fixed on the Magnet by Fastening ears and are supporting bearings of Drums. Drums are equipped with shafts mounted on removable hubs. All bearings equipped with stakes for tightening the belt.

The belt is driven by a Reduction Gear Coupled to Electric Motor / Geared Motor by Vee- belts.

Magnet Unit :

The Magnet is made of High Intensity Stroncium Ferrite Magnets and is guaranteed for the Magnetic Power through out the life of installation. A Non - Magnetic Stainless steel Plate is provided to cover the poles of Magnet. There is no need for any electrical supply or maintenance.

Installation :

These units can be installed either inline over the terminal head pulley (Fig - 1. ), or transversal to the conveyor (Fig - 2). In both cases, it is necessary to foresee Non- Magnetic products under the Magnetic Field.

The most effective position is inline (Fig - 1) over the head pulley. The material being conveyed is in virtual Suspension and Tramp Iron is therefore more readily extracted.

Inline Magnetic Separators are available for installation in the Feed lines such as at the outlet of elevator, screw conveyor etc. Flanged type Inlet and outlet connections are provided. The Magnetic Drum incorporates High Intensity stroncium / Rare Earth Magnets. These are widely used for Cattle Feed Plants, Flour Mills, Rice Mill, Minerals, Refractories, Glass and many other Products.

The permanent Magnetic Drum consists of stationery permanent Magnetic assembly having uniform and everlasting Magnetic field across the entire width of the drum, which is effective over  approximately half the drum circumferences as shown in fig. Drum shell made of non magnetic stainless steel revolves around the magnetic filed. As the material fed evenly from the chute falls over the drum .powerful magnetic, field attract & holds ferrous particles to the revolving shell. As the revolving shell carries the iron particles through the stationery magnetic field, the non magnetic material falls freely from the shell while ferrous particles are firmly held until carried beyond divider and out of magnetic field. The strength of the permanent magnetic drum is guaranteed to be greater than corresponding electromagnetic Drum . The permanent magnets used are everlasting magnets and its strength does not diminish during normal use and can be used through out the life of the installation.

The Roller Magnetic Separator offered by us is tested using various testing facilities. Field of use :

The belt type magnetic separators are designed to separate the sponge iron from the mixture of char & sponge/. Light magnetic properties from bauxite powder/ various minerals / fertilizers / etc. The machine incorporates two conveyor belts, i. E. One carrying the mix of raw material fed uniformly through a motorized vibrating feeder. Another belt parallel to the main belt incorporates inverted magnetic plate and attracts the iron on the magnet which is separated as soon as the it leaves the magnetic field. No electrical supply and maintanance for magnet. Both the belts are driven by separate geared motor coupled directly to the roll. Belt speed will be decided as per the application.

The unit is with very sturdy construction incorporate with high intensity strontium ferrite slab magnets or super intensity nd-fe-b rare earth magnets to achieve the application. The main benefits of the system is you can adjust the magnetic field by up-down the magnetic plate as per the requirements. There is no need for any electrical supply or maintenance.
