Motorised Vibratory Screening Machines

The Motorized vibratory screen consists of a sieve screen rested on tray made of mild steel/stainless steel, twin vibration motors fitted on tray. As the motor starts the vibration is generated. The vibration motors arranged for counter rotation providing a linear vibratory action which conveys the product across the screening surface. Standard motors are of 2800,1440 RPM and 960 RPM motors will be provided as required. Controlling of vibrations gives the controlled flow of the material.

The vibration motors are of sturdy design and totally enclosed type and having features of varying the vibration from to 0 to 100% by adjusting the counter weights.
