Vertical Spiral Elevators

Jaykrishna make Vertical Spiral Elevator is a vibratory conveyor used to vertically lift bulk solid materials. This equipment is driven by two out of balance motors which create a vibratory motion that drives material along and around the helical trough. The gentle movement of material provides an opportunity for moving fragile products such as cornflakes or potato chips without product damage. The helical arrangement of the trough provides a long conveying path over a small installation area. This lengthy trough area and prolonged retention time makes the spiral elevator an excellent heat exchange unit in processes  such as cooling, heating or drying. A simple and easily accessed trough leads to trouble free cleaning when necessary. Additional functions such as screening or sorting particles can be achieved when convening.
