Shah we “Jay Minerals”, are SSI registered firm with state industries department and are engaged in processing of ground calcium carbonate, micronized calcium carbonate, natural calcium carbonate, micronized natural calcium carbonate, industrial Calcite & Talc powder.
At Jay Minerals, the minerals we manufacture, are best in terms of purity, micron sizes and whiteness and are available in different mesh and grades. We are one of the few firms to have modern quality checking laboratory to test product''s physical & chemical properties.

Our Founder
| We, Jay Mineral, is directed by Mr. G.B. Shah who has more than 38 years of experience in this field and is committed to meet every specification. After rendering service as senior class officer in the State Department of Geology and Mining, he ventured in private business from 1969 and since then exported 15,000 tones soap stone to Japan in 1969-70. He is the the first one to develop import substitute of precipitated silica in India in 1970. |

G)Aimil gloss reflectometer for testing whiteness as compared to standard MgCo3 100%

K)Particle Size Analyzer of Malvern Make – 2000E model,to test particle size of the product.

Our Production facilities- Three roller raymond mill plant of M/s. International Combustion (India) Ltd. - Calcutta. (along with Whizzer classifier) - Two Grinding mills.
- Air Classifier to classify material upto d - 97 - 2 microns.
- 16" x 9" Jaw Crusher to crush raw lumps of different minerals - Two crusher.
- Conveyor belts for automatic feeding.
- 60 tones silo.
- High speed stainless steel coating plant for coating of calcite and talc with sterates, titanite and silene or any other chemical.
- Washing plant to wash mineral lumps, for removing impurities.
- Raw material & stock yard.
