Our eps cup molding equipment has been used by our clients to manufacture eps cups world wide. The cup molding machinery is made to the highest standards, but it is also built to last for many years. Our eps cup equipment can be used to make hot or cold drink cups in standard sizes ranging from 90 ml to 500 ml as well as many different shapes and sizes of bowls and containers.

these include soup bowls and containers for single serve ice cream, salad and many other take-out items.

we offer a number of different standard mold sizes, but we can also create custom designed molds if you want to make a specific size or shape of product.

the two sizes of eps cup machines we offer are 6 cavity (6nos. Molds required) and 8 cavity (8nos. Molds required). We have found that these cup molding machine sizes provide the greatest amount of product size flexibility with the least amount of production loss during mold changes or routine maintenance.

all of the molds in a particular eps molding machine must be the same type and size. In other words, you cannot mix mold sizes in the machines. However, the molds can be quickly and easily changed in each cup molding machine to produce another size of product. This can be done as often as necessary to achieve production requirements.

in addition to foam cup machinery we also provide equipment for automatic unscrambling, testing, counting, stacking and bagging of cups and containers. If this type of automation is desired, we can quote on your specific needs.
