To quote about our esteemed mentor Mr. Rajendra C Thakker, he has a rich experience of mineral mining and processing. Since last 30 years, he is well versed with the knowledge of superior quality minerals and chemicals. He has acquired a lot of experience in minerals such as bentonite, quartz sand, industrial limestone powder, pure calcite minerals, silica sand, lignite powder, china clay, dolomite, soft stone, limestone, calcium carbonate, iron powder, quartz, hydrated lime, barium sulphate and many more.

Apart from this, he was also the partner of M/s. Eastern Engineers and Grinders for the last five years during 1982-87. At that time, the company was engaged in minerals grinding in Dhanbad. There he worked as an Executive Director of M/s. AMAR MINETEX, A Division of Amarshiv Construction Ltd., Kareli Baug, and Vadodara for a time period of four years from 1993 to 1996.
