The Ginning plant is spread across an area of 20 Acres, with warehouse facility for Cotton Seeds as well as Cotton bales. The proximity of the plant to leading Indian Sea Ports gives us an advantage of cost of transportation of goods from our factory to the ports.
Since purchase of quality raw cotton from farmers and brokers is one of the important aspects to achieve quality finished cotton, we at Jayshri Ginning and Spinning have a Purchase Department that is backed with highly experienced team of individuals with a sound understand of the Indian Cotton Market and as well the global market.
The Plant is equipped with state of art machinery and has been approved by TMC. The plant is considered as one of its kind in India, because of the online and automized of the processes i.e. with very less of human intervention in its functioning. It is been considered as one of the ideal ginning plant by Textile Institution and Associations. Our company is administered by a highly dynamic and experienced management. A strong skilled workforce has been provided continuous training so as to hone their skills further and hence add more value to the company. |
Testing FacilitiesTesting Facilities The plant is equipped with in-house testing facilities which facilitates us in procuring quality cotton from Farmers and Brokers. Once the testing department certifies the quality, the purchase order is placed by the Purchase Department. Thus this helps us in keeping a check on quality and in turn meeting customers expectation. However, we always strive to surpass even the desirable level of quality of our goods. Purchase Departmnet deploys 5-6 indiviuals in each region (distrist) for procurement of cotton. These individual have an experience in selecting cotton of the highest quality and at a correct prevailing market conditions.
Sample are sent to the JGS for testing at its in-house testing Laboratory.
The Testing Department certifies the cotton and it meets the desired parameters, the procurement order is placed by the Purchase department.
The cotton that is procured is organized into heaps which help in easy handling of cotton and it also helps in maintaining quality at the utmost level.
