The JB600 Series are Single Coil Spring Un Balanced Seals,These seals design reliable & rugged enough for the most difficult applications. Designated for O ring & v Packing used as secondary seals respectively. Special notches enhance the required driving torque & hence the seal is independent of direction of rotation. Non-clogging spring design enable these seals to be reliably used in situations involving abrasive, corrosive & viscous fluids generally handled by high temp. pump. they are self cleaning and Non-clogging. Applications: Generally used in Refinery, Fertilizer,Nuclear & petroleum pipe lines.

JB-AL Series has been designed for Alfa level pumps sealing of wine, Bear, Milk & Water which includes easy installation of the seal.the rotary unit is a simple design and consist of flexible elastomeric opened mating face single coiled spring witch is non-clogging and self cleaning. Applications: Generally used in cold-water pumps, wine & bear pumps, Chemical pumps

Type JB-200 Series is single coil conical spring unbalanced seal. These series seal are extremely rugged, reliable & therefore used in wide range of sealing applications. These seals have very few parts & hence can be easily assembled or dismantled. The seal arrangement does not warrant any modification even in case of conversion from gland packing. The compact design eliminates the requirement of extra radial & axial space for its installation. Applications: Used in Sludges, Sewage, Sluries, Viscous, or Abrasive medias and Water application etc

The JB100 Series seals are multiple spring units. These seals are available in balance & unbalance versions with O ring & Wedge respectively. Shaft fitting is minimized due to lower spring load provided through wedge or O ring occupies less stuffing box area due to its narrow cross section & compact design. Torque transmissions from retainer shell to seal ring are done through drive lugs, all components are hold together with snap ring which helps in easier installation & removal. These seals are not effected by the direction of shaft rotation. These seal are designed to handle clear liquids under normal PV condition Application:- Generally used in petrochemicals, light hydrocarbon, light chemicals & general ind. Fluids

The JBRB-107 Series seals are multiple spring units. These seals are available in balance & unbalance configuration. Their compact design permits their use in centrifugal pumps. Torque transmissions from retainer shell to seal ring are done through drive lugs, all components are hold together with snap ring which helps in easier installation & removal. These seals are not effected by the direction of shaft rotation. These seal are designed to handle clear liquids under normal PV condition

TYPE JBSP Mechanical seal are special purpose single coil balanced seals designed for use in media containing abrasive or solid particles.

JB300 series seals are most commonly used rubber bellow seal, due to its compact design it can be easily mounted. It has a unique rubber bellow secondary seal, which provides a high degree of axial flexibility to compensate for lack of concentricity of the shaft & misalignment & wear due to thrust movement of shaft. The seal can be used regardless of direction of rotation, since the driving torque is not transmitted through the coil spring. The required driving torque is enhanced through the unique rubber bellow which fits on the shaft. There are no bonded joints & all the face material are interchangeable without having to modify any dimensions. Application Generally used in hot & cold water pump, oil pump, refrigeration compressor, sewage application, Waste water pump & fuel injection pumps.

The JB-400 Series is Teflon Bellows seals designed to handle highly corrosive liquids.
