Ink Coding Machine is very helpful in printing of the MRP or Batch no, packed as required by the govt norms on the pouch film continuously. This machine is appropriate for
pouch packing machines and is fitted with the parent machines, which is put on the film roll. As the film move ahead the machine rotates and the printing is done by the pre fitted rubber stereos taking the ink from the ink cartridge loaded inside the machine.

B. Printing is done by rubber stereos size from 2.5mm to 6mm in groove or plain. It has following types:

Grooved Stereo Holder It is appropriate up to 03 parallel lines and are printed in the row and the grooved stereos are fitted on the plastic rings and is tighten by the thread, so that no stereo can come during the running of the machine. In one rotation 150mm length message can be printed.
2.
Plain Stereo Holder Printing is done by plain stereos sticks on drum with double side adhesive tape and a large area is available in one rotation 25 x150mm length is covered.

A. Stainless Steel Model: - Complete Body made of stainless steel in single piece.
- All Rods, Bushes, Stereo holder, cartridge holder are made of S.S.
- Locking nuts are made of Brass.
B: Mild Steel Model: - Main Body made of Mild Steel in one piece and is Powder Painted
- All other parts are same as described in above model.
