ISOL HSB 300 is designed for special performance capabilities such as superior lubrication, moderate to high load resistance, longer lubrication periods, high speed, drip and squeeze resistance, wear resistance, water wash out resistance and high temperature service.

 

DISCRIPTION

 

This grease contains a polymeric additive, which improves its affinity to metal surfaces and provides superior wetting and adherence. These greases provide superior lubrication than ordinary lithium / petroleum greases and has a longer serviceable life.

 

 

Applications

 

ISOL HSB 300 is specially designed for very high-speed bearings. Other applications includes

all types of ball, roller, needle and spherical bearings operating at slow, medium and high speeds, high temperatures up to 165 °C and moderate load. All equipment subject to frequent stop-go operations or heavy sliding friction including splined shafts, threaded drive, spindles and drive couplings, loaded gears in machinery and heavy duty vehicles, tractors, cranes, excavators, conveyers and fork lift trucks.
