Material Lifting Cranes

We fabricate and offer hydraulic grabs that are capable of being mounted on E.O.T. cranes or on hydraulic mobile/stationary crane. Manufactured from superior quality raw materials, our range of hydraulic grabs help in minimizing maintenance, low power consumption, reduce downtime as well as operational time. Compact in design, these products are light in weight and used friendly in nature.

Our range includes:

• Clam Shell Grab from 0.6m cube to 6m cube.
• Log Grab from 600kgs to 1200kgs.
• Orange Peel Grab 2m cube.

These specially designed machines are used to unload sticky materials from Truck, which cannot be unloaded by simply tilting the truck. Ranges are as per Customer’s requirement.

We have designed and developed hydraulic trucks which are called Electrode Loading Device for one of our Customer, who were facing problem to load electrode pallet of 5 tons weight into 40 feet close top container.

This specially designed log handling machines are used in paper Industries for loading Bamboo, Wood, Log etc. from Trucks to Conveyor directly. This machine is so designed that it can work continuously 7 days a week for 365 days. The capacities are 30 Tons to 50 tons per hour.

We manufacture a wide range of hydraulic scissors lifts that are used for various construction sites as well as carrying maintenance jobs at elevated levels.

We offer both the types of scissor lifts like stationary as well as mobile versions. Our range of mobile lift platforms can be mounted on trolleys and trucks. The Power Packs of these Platforms are adaptable to both Electric Motor and Diesel Engine drives. For Truck mounted versions, the drive can be taken from "Power Take-off" Units mounted on the Gear Box of the Truck.

We offer four stabilizers (outriggers) as a standard that are given in order to maintain complete safety to the user. Our engineers have interlocked the raising of lift platform with stabilizers that helps in preventing raising of platform before stabilizers are fully deployed. Unless the platform is fully lowered, the stabilizers cannot be retracted.
