Centrifugal Chemical Process Pumps
Constructional Features: Our Centrifugal Chemical Process Pumps are single piece, self venting radially split volute casing with vortex discharge. Its close redial impellers have back vanes for hydraulic balancing and reducing stuffing box pressure. Its dry shaft construction prevents liquid contact with shaft.

Centrifugal Process Pumps
Constructional Features: Top centerline discharge, self-venting casing, arranged for back pull-out. Fully confined gasket. Foot support under casing for maximum resistance to misalignment and distortion from pipe loads. ANSI-B-16.5 (Class 150) flanges standard, ANSI-B-16.5 (Class 300) optional for working pressures to 2550 kpa with 3 mm corrosion allowance. For maximum corrosion erosion resistance casing is supplied without tapped openings but gauge and drain plug openings are provided when specified. Impeller matched to casing for high efficiency and low NPSH.
Fully open, has partial shrouds for maximum vane support without high thrust inherent in closed impellers. Stuffing box pressure reduced and entrance of solids prevented by back pump-out vanes. Large smoothly contoured flow passages combine best slurry and solids handling ability. Impeller is locked on shaft with impeller lock-nut and are sealed by PTFE gasket. State of the art casting methods provide smoothest possible surfaces for highest efficiency. All impellers are statically and dynamically balanced.

Self Priming Sewage Pumps
Constructional Features: SPM Pump is a single stage, Horizontal, Centrifugal, Self Priming, End Suction Coupled pump. Automatic and quick self priming, no foot valve required. No priming of suction pipe line. Sturdy construction, simple design. Minimum maintenance required. Non closing and handles solids up to 17 mm.

Centrifugal Polypropylene Process Pumps
Constructional Features: Our PPC Process Pump is a horizontal single end suction standardized back pull out process pump. PPC series process pumps are supplied with mechanical seal/gland packing arrangement covering 85% of the chemical industrys requirement. The pumps are manufactured from polypropylene copolymer-a chemically inert thermoplastic by the use of an exclusive molding process.
These pumps provide an unusual protection against highly corrosive chemicals. The solid molded casing and impeller ensure a smooth running pump for long life and minimum wear. All pumps, shafts are fitted with sleeves of different materials compatible with the liquid handled.

Self Priming Centripetal Pumps
Constructional Features: Our SP Series Self Priming Pump is a range of horizontal pumps, operating according to the impulse principle. The pumps are self-priming and have a large air displacing capacity. In general self priming pumps are particularly suitable for intermittent operation and pumping pure, clean liquids like acids, solvents, diesel, petrol, kerosene etc., without solid particles.
