Woodland Engineers have been manufacturing Pinch valves & Piston valves since last 4 decades. On a later stage Jay Ambe Engineersing Co an ISO 9001:2000 certified and leading name in manufacturing chemical process pumps since the last 2 decades. Today the group is involved in manufacturing wide range of industrial valves having its own foundry to produce quality castings. We credit ourselves with 'State of Art' technology to handle fluids, gases, slurries, etc with ease of deep experience in metallurgy, design and understanding of application process.

Centrifugal Process Pumps

Constructional Features: Top centerline discharge, self-venting casing, arranged for back pull-out. Fully confined gasket. Foot support under casing for maximum resistance to misalignment and distortion from pipe loads. ANSI-B-16.5 (Class 150) flanges standard, ANSI-B-16.5 (Class 300) optional for working pressures to 2550 kpa with 3 mm corrosion allowance. For maximum corrosion erosion resistance casing is supplied without tapped openings but gauge and drain plug openings are provided when specified. Impeller matched to casing for high efficiency and low NPSH.

Fully open, has partial shrouds for maximum vane support without high thrust inherent in closed impellers. Stuffing box pressure reduced and entrance of solids prevented by back pump-out vanes. Large smoothly contoured flow passages combine best slurry and solids handling ability. Impeller is locked on shaft with impeller lock-nut and are sealed by PTFE gasket. State of the art casting methods provide smoothest possible surfaces for highest efficiency. All impellers are statically and dynamically balanced.

Constructional Features: Our Centrifugal Chemical Process Pumps are single piece, self venting radially split volute casing with vortex discharge. Its close redial impellers have back vanes for hydraulic balancing and reducing stuffing box pressure. Its dry shaft construction prevents liquid contact with shaft.

    Centrifugal Polypropylene Process Pumps

    Constructional Features: Our PPC Process Pump is a horizontal single end suction standardized back pull out process pump. PPC series process pumps are supplied with mechanical seal/gland packing arrangement covering 85% of the chemical industry’s requirement. The pumps are manufactured from polypropylene copolymer-a chemically inert thermoplastic by the use of an exclusive molding process.

    These pumps provide an unusual protection against highly corrosive chemicals. The solid molded casing and impeller ensure a smooth running pump for long life and minimum wear. All pumps, shafts are fitted with sleeves of different materials compatible with the liquid handled.

    JEC pinch valve is a seatless & glandless valve where a rubber sleeve is protected under a cast iron, aluminum, etc split body design. The service material / fluid passing through does not come in contact with either body covering or any other metal parts of the valve except the rubber sleeve / muff and hence the body and other metal parts are almost permanently not subjected to the corrosive action of the fluid. The flow through the valve is straight and full as that of a pipeline, when the valve is fully open. Further, the collar of the sleeve eliminates use of any gasket. JEC manual pinch valve having simple rising spindle type operation makes the valve just simple as other wheel operated valve. JEC pinch valve has calibration with travel limit nut system and in-between stoppage will allow the desired throttling. JEC Pinch valve thus offers positive control over flowing media ensuring zero leakage shut-off.


    JEC rubber sleeves / muffs / tubes are available in a wide range of elastomer qualities including high-pressure, wear-resistant sleeves that outperform more expensive 316, stellite, or alloy ball, plug, globe, diaphragm valves in abrasive, scaling or corrosive services. Our expertise rubber sleeves with special reinforcement & two lugs on both sides attached to the pinching bars withstand even the most chemically aggressive, corrosive and vacuum service conditions.

    Piston valve glandless

    Piston valve is a Seatless & Glandless valve . Piston valve valve up to the size 6" do not have any stuffing box. The salient feature of this valve is that of the piston operation. The piston slides between the two packing rings made from specially imported material and do not rotate, hence there is minimum ware. The only warring part is the packing ring and that to after an extensive use. The two packing rings are separated by a ported lantern bush. The bottom ring rests on a cast machined groove of the body and upper packing ring is being held and remained pressed by a bonnet on top. The bonnet rests on the top ring, when tightened evenly by the nut of the stud presses the lantern bush which in turn presses the bottom ring. This is done by keeping the valve in closed position. Thus the mechanism is aligned compressed and ready for operation. Here the bottom ring of the valve serves the purpose of the seat while the upper ring serves the purpose of a gland. The advantage of the valve is when any leakage is observed from the hole of the bonnet, specially provided for this purpose, it can be stopped on the line. This is done by tightening the nut of the bonnet evenly, keeping the valve in closed position. The maximum thickness of the ring is utilized and when the valve cannot be further tightened to stop the leakage, It is only required to replace the sealing rings. This can be done on the line itself. The pressure drop in this valve is considered as high as 18%.
