Jayasudha Nepoleon - Chairperson & CEO

Jayasudha, has played a strategic role in transforming Jeevan into a global IT solution provider. She has rich experience in managing critical affairs of the entire corporate function. Jayasudha is associated with several key regulatory and Government bodies. Her prime strengths are enhancing client relationships, adopting new technologies and a proactive process-driven approach. Under her vision and guidance Jeevan has evolved from a staffing firm to an end to end IT solution provider with a collaborative delivery model that spans onsite , offshore and offsite capabilities.

Suresh Periasami - Executive Director

Suresh founded the Jeevan enterprise in early 2000 and instrumental in diversifying Jeevan's geographical presence by creating centers in New Zealand, Malaysia, South Africa and USA. He envisioned Jeevan to play a significant role in IT Services and Product Engineering space which resulted in Jeevan getting into multiple domains and technologies. He plays a critical role in developing the business, exploring newer opportunities, nurturing and managing client relationships, and formulating strategies for the future growth of the company.

Venkat Ramamohan - Vice President Sales and Marketing

Venkat brings over 15 years of experience in Global Sales & Marketing, with extensive knowledge in corporate sales, strategy and business development, having worked in multiple geographies including EMEA, North America and Asia. Prior to Jeevan, Venkat held various roles of increasing responsibility in companies such as Alcatel, CSC and Syntel, where he has assembled and led high performance teams, while partnering with clients for collaborative growth.

Ashok Martin - Head Delivery

Ashok brings over 14 years of Information technology experience in IT services arena with proven client relationships and achieved high degree of maturity in delivery excellence in all the complex engagements executed across wide geographies. Ashok worked extensively on core Microsoft technologies and Oracle systems . Prior to Jeevan, he worked with leading IT giants in Singapore for more than nine years. Ashok holds a Bachelor of Mathematics degree and MCA from Bharathidasan University, Trichy, India. He is also a member of PMI since 2006.

Shoubhik - Head Presales

Shoubhik brings over 12 years of experience in different facets of IT life cycle, with major accomplishments in IT strategy initiation, implementation and sustenance around presales. Shoubhik carries significant amount of exposure on bid management using standard estimation techniques. He carries wide exposure on some of the matured open source technologies, participated in many International IT forums, symposiums and technical conferences.

Sudharshan - Head Sales Domestic & Government

A Masters graduate from University of Madras, Sudharshan joined Jeevan in 2007 and has been a Key factor in turning the Australasian area as a major revenue machine in a very short span of time. With Multi-functional expertise (Sales, Marketing, Product Consulting) in handling different product categories (Education and BFSI) he comes from a versatile background spanning diverse areas of IT Hardware and Software in the domestic market.

Avani - Head Human Resources

Avani brings more than 10 years of proven expertise in Human Resource domain; Avani did lot of challenging assignments around HR function especially in the areas of Human Capital Management, Emotional Quotient Management with exposure to India, US and Europe Markets. Avani was associated with other IT services firms prior to Jeevan and an active member for all major HR forums and a visiting HR faculty for top management colleges in India.

Jeevan Foundation was established in the year 2006, as a registered non-profit trust . The trust was established by the likeminded people with the objectives of promoting all activities essential for the empowerment of Physical, Mental, Social, Economical and Educational status of the weaker sections of the society including destitute, people with disabilities and people suffering from various health hazards.
