The company is engaged in manufacturing of Automobile and Industrial Bearings like Taper Roller Bearings, Deep Groove Ball Bearings, Cylindrical Roller Bearings, Needle Roller Bearings, Spherical Roller Bearings, Clutch Release Bearings, Angular Contact Bearings and King Pin Bearing. The company is using latest machinery and quality control equipments for the manufacturing of different types of bearings. The company can also manufacture products as per customer''s requirement. At present, the company is supplying its products to domestic as well as international market.
JEI bearings are made from prime bearing steel of the grade SAE 52100 / 100Cr6 (Oxygen contents within 15ppm only) for races and rolling elements. Retainer is manufactured from CRCA, EDD quality steel.
Bearing races and rollers are hardened and tempered with 61 2 HRC. Bearings are manufactured with standard dimensions and tolerance as per international standards. Races and rolling elements are super ground to get best finishing and very low roughness average value.
JEI in quality of bearings is maintained by exercising right quality control at each and every stage of manufacture, from raw material to finished products. |

Olympus Compact Inverted Metallurgical Microscope GX41 Japan. It is one of the latest microscope of OLYMPUS-Japan. It is used for checking the microstructure of bearing components. By this equipment, we are maintaining consistent quality of microstructure as per standard norms in prime raw material as well as in heat treated rings, roller & balls. It leads to improve the bearing performance.
Surface Roughness Tester
SJ-400 Mitutoyo Japan. Surface finish measuring instrument is being used for checking the micro geometry, it evaluate parameters like Form geometry and surface finish of components
Roundness Tester
RA 116 Mitutoyo Japan. It is the best quality measuring instrument. It is used for checking the roundness, squarness, concentricity and coaxiality of bearing and components, which ensure the running accuracy and long life of JEI bearings.
