BALL BEARING ENDURANCE TEST RIG

This Endurance Test Rig is useful for checking, evaluating dynamic load rating and life of ball bearing ranging from 15 mm I.D. to 100 mm I.D. There is a suitable housing for loading and mounting of the bearing Arrangement for measuring parameters such as temperature load and RPM is provided. Necessary instruments and controls are provided for extended trials

RADIAL CLEARANCE TEST RIG

This test is useful to measure Radial Clearance of deep groove Ball Bearing as well as cylindrical roller bearings. Ranging from 10 to 100 mm I.D. there is an arrangement for stroking outer race of bearing under test consisting of two pneumatic cylinder and solenoid valves. Radial clearance measuring instrument consist of dial gauge indicator having 2 micron least count. The machine is available in two ranges. Diameters and Test loads both horizontal and vertical platform models are available.

BEARING VIBRATION TEST RIG

This Test rig Is designed for on line production checking of Taper Roller Bearing after assembly. A vibration probe is used for sensing vibration levels of the bearing. An electronic indicator is used for display of vibration level and indicates OK/NOT OK status of the b.earing within a short time.

CLUTCH BEARING TEST RIG

This Test rig is designed for Endurance testing of clutch bearing. The bearing is loaded axially using suitable pneumatic circuit. The bearing is kept rotating at set speed and axial loading is done cyclically to simulate actually field conditions. Bearing outer range Temperature I continuously monitored to sense the failure.

STEEARING BEARING ENDURANCE TEST RIG

This Test Rig is designed for Endurance testing of Steering Bearing. The Bearing is loaded axially as well as radially by suitable arrangement. Two Test Bearings are fitted in housing and rotation is forward and reverse continuously after preset cycle in both directions. A axial loading is done cyclically, while constant radial load is applied on the bearing. Temperature of outer race of both the bearings is continuously monitored to detect failure bearing.

HEIGHT MEASURING UNIT FOR TAPER ROLLER BEARINGS TEST RIG

This unit is designed for on line production checking of inner race with Ball cage and race pair of Taper Roller Bearing after assembly. Machine quickly checks height of assembly and indicates OK/NOT OK within set tolerance limits of +/- microns.

 

SPINDLE BEARING TEST RIG

This Test rig is designed for on line production checking of Textile Spindle Bearing assemblies. Two separate pneumatic loading systems are used with two Dial gauges to measure radial clearance simultaneously.

BEARING ASSEMBLY GREASE DISPENSING UNIT TEST RIG

Air operated grease dispensing unit provided with grease reservoir, pump and non- return, bleed valve assembly. The quantity of grease to be dispensed is varied by adjusting the stroke adjustment arrangement. Quantity to be dispensed is varied from 25 milligrams to 250 grams. Grease dispensing unit can be supplied   with Jigs and Fixtures as per components and customer’s requirement.

WHEEL RIM CORNERING FATIGUE TEST RIG

Evaluate performance of vehicle rims as per SAE standard. Rotating, bending movements on the rim can be created and rim can be tested by two methods.

1.     Rotating the wheel and keeping the static loading arrangement.

2.     Keeping wheel stationary and rotating the eccentric mass around the loading arm to create rotating bending moments.

Machine is made very sturdy to absorb all unbalance d forces. Instrumentation includes Speed Indicator, Load Indicator, and Torque Indicator etc.

WHEEL RIM RADIAL FATIGUE TEST RIG

This test is designed for carrying out Endurance test of automobile rims with tyre used in two, three and four wheeler application as per the test procedure laid down in IS 10914 Part 4, 5 1992 and 1995 SAE standards. Consists of M.S. fabricated test Drum- rotated by an A.C. motor at two speeds by changing belt and pully combination .also provided with preset timer, speed indicator etc.

WHEEL RIM IMPACT TEST RIG

Test rig is designed for carrying out impact test on wheel rim as per SAE standard (SAE J-175-June 88).The distance of impact and profile of impact surface is kept as per SAE specifications. Test rig is made very easy to operate and maintain.

 

UNIVERSAL TESTING MACHINE (UTM)/SPOKE STRENGTH TEST RIG

 

Spoke of the rim required to be tested under tensile test. This test carried out with the help of UTM consist of microprocessor based controller with 30 KB inbuilt memory. Powder coated elegant and robust with compact footprint with table mount / floor mount option.

This indicator type test rig is used for analyzing stresses and strains developed during testing of wheel rims. It’s a microcontroller based system, portable and easy to understand.

 

RIM WELD STRAINGTH TEST RIG

 

This test is a hydraulically operated machine. It is used to evaluate braking strength of welded rims .It consist of digital load indicator, displacement indicator with peak hold facility.

 

RIM ACCEPTANCE TEST RIG

 

This test set up available in two parts.

1.     Hole punching error detection system for error measurement, it requires spoked rims with indexing.

RACK PULL RIG TEST

 

This test rig is designed for measuring Rack Push and pull force after assembly. Steering gear, under test is mounted on Test Rig and stroked through a Rack pinion mechanism and its displacement and load values are measured. Data acquisition system with Auto / Manual facility is provided.

 

FREE PINION TORQUE AND EFFICIENCY TEST RIG

 

This test rig is designed for evaluation of free Pinion Torque and efficiency under specified load of Rack Pinion type steering gears. The unit is fully instrumented and on line torque measurement and angular displacement measurement is provided. Data acquisition with Auto / Manual operation is also provided.

 

INPUT TORQUE TEST RIG

 

The test rig is designed to measure maximum torque capacity of pinion when Rack is held stationary in a Rack pinion type steering gear. Peak hold facility to measure breaking torque and angular displacement indicator are two instruments provided on the Rig. It is a destructive test for Steering Gears.

 

BELLOWS TEST RIG

 

This test rig is designed for Endurance Testing of Rubber bellows. Bellows under test are fitted on the test set up and it is simultaneously flexed in X-Y axis through pres set deflection continuously. Eccentricity in both axes is adjustable. Common motor drives both the eccentrics simultaneously. A stroke counter is provided to count No. of cycles completed. A hot chamber with a temperature controller is used to test bellows at elevated temperatures.

 

V BELT LENGTH MEASUREMENT TEST RIG

 

This is a quick and accurate device designed for checking the length of V belts in accordance with clause 4.32 to IS 5635-1983. It is designed as ON line production test unit and is used to check belt lengths quickly.

 

 

V BELT TEST SYSTEM (Endurance)

 

This system is designed as per BS/AU/150/1973 and IS 5635:1983 used for fatigue testing of V belts. The basic set up includes D.C.Motor, Generator and belt loading arrangement. Standard scope of supply includes speed indicator, temperature indicator, voltmeter, ammeter, load indicator, slip indicator. The system works on 3 pulley method and is provided with all measuring instruments.

 

STEERING GEAR TEST RIG

 

This test system is designed for Endurance testing of Steering Gear. Arrangement is made to mount hydraulic loading cylinder at suitable positions of drop arm. Facility to test gears at their set loads for 20 to 25 rpm speed and 90% of their drop arm stroke is incorporated ,standard scope of supply includes Torque Indicator, Load Indicator , stroke Counter.

LEAF SPRING ACCEPTANCE AND ENDURANCE TEST  RIG

This system is designed to test Leaf/Laminated springs for their deflection characteristics as per IS: 1135-1984 and then check it for Endurance under specified loads. This is useful for carrying out

·        Load deflection characteristics

·        Scrag testing

·        Endurance testing with frequency of 20 strokes/min

A suitable capacity Hydraulic Power & Cylinders is used to drive the spring.

COIL SPRING ACCEPTANCE TEST RIG

MODEL I: Motorized unit for small and medium sized springs.

This system is designed for quick checking of coil spring for load deflection characteristic. A motorized lead screw moves one end of spring at desired characteristics. Sometimes same unit can be utilized for endurance testing of springs also. Different adapter fixtures and clamps can be used for testing tensions s well as compression springs.

MODEL II: This is a hydraulically operated unit on which heavy duty coil springs above 1000kg capacity up to 20 tons can be tested. Necessary instruments like Load Indicator, Displacement Indicator, stroke Counter are provided.

A hydraulic cylinder operated by a hydraulic power pack drives the test spring facilities like Printer, Computer software & Interfacing can be provided on these machines.

SPRING ENDURANCE TEST RIG

This test rig is designed for testing Coil Springs for endurance cycles. Stroking frequency is fixed either at 8.35 Hz or 3 Hz depending upon requirement. A stroke counter is used to stop the machine after preset strokes. Machine in 3 to 4 ranges of load capacities are available A simple spring failure indicator is in corporate in the instrumentation.

SHOCK ABSORBERS PRODUCTION TEST RIG

This teat rig is designed to check the shock absorber on line before sealing. The machine consists of motor, clutch break unit, gear box with appropriate gear ratio to obtain desired speed, eccentric mechanism, reciprocating platform, pneumatic quick clamping system. The quick clamping system facilitates easy and quick fixing of shocker assembly on the test rig there by reducing handling time. The eccentric mechanism is provided with adjustable slots to obtain desired stroke. Free mounted control panel is provided to control the operations of the machine. In order to obtain better productivity a logic circuit is specially designed to operate the machine in the semi automatic/automatic mode. Peak Hold load indicator is used to indicate resistance value of tension and compression.

SHOCK ABSORBERS FIELD TEST UNIT TEST RIG

Designed to test Shock Absorbers according to IS 5423: 1986. Nominal velocities up to 0.4 m/sec at 76 mm stroke and Shock Absorbers up to 400 mm length can be tested. Facility of max. Stroke adjustment is up to 100 mm and max. load carrying capacity is 200 kgs. Peak hold indicator with load cell is used for forced measurement. Quick change mechanism of stroke is provided. Machine run at fixed speed and uses a (builtin) counter to stop after 10 strokes. Portable design and operating on single phase increase versatility of the machine.

SHOCK ABSORBERS FRONT FORK ENDURANCE TEST RIG

The test component is mounted on the machine in the similar condition as per the vehicle. A mechanical drive system using motor and gear box and eccentric mechanism assembly compresses the front fork in forward stroke and returns quickly on return stroke and allows front fork to extend on its own. This facility tests the front fork as per the field requirements. Necessary instrument such as Speed Indicator, Cycle Counter, temperature Controller is provided. A cooling fan is used to keep the component temperature below the specified limit.

SHOCK ABSORBERS ENDURANCE TEST RIG

Usually endurance Test is carried after resistance checking and its stroke and frequency depends upon the specific requirement. Basically its consists of a drive motor with reduction gear box, eccentric mechanism, sliding platform and control panel. The shock absorber under test is mounted on the sliding platform, using suitable fixtures. The platform is provided with slides so that it can accommodate Shock Absorbers of different lengths. Due to eccentric mechanism it is possible to adjust the stroke as per requirement. In order to maintain the uniform temperature of Shock Absorber under test, a cooling system consisting of blower and nozzle is used. The control panel is provided with temperature indicator cum controller and elapsed time indicator and controller which stops the rig automatically after completion of preset number of cycles. Specifically for testing front fork assemblies of two wheelers a bearing sliding platform is provided so that front fork is mounted in similar fashion as in vehicle.

SHOCK ABSORBERS TUBE LEAKAGE TEST

This is on line production checking unit. Shock Absorber tube after welding of bottom plug is checked for leakages before assembly. Facility of checking two tubes at a time is provided. Complete operation of the unit is PLC controlled to reduce operating time. Digital Leakage Indicator can also be supplied on request.

RADIATOR PERFORMANCE TEST RIG

This test system is designed to test performance of Radiators under various air and hot water flow rate conditions. The air flow is measured using vane type of Anemometer. This is a forced draft type of air flow Wind Tunnel, comprising of air inlet duct, diffuser section, flow straigthner zone, flow stabilization and measurement zone and Hot Water supply system.

A Hot Water Boiler with a pump supplies water to test radiator. Duct sizes 600 x 600 mm.Air velocity 15m/sec water flow up to 15000 LPH. Test system is fully instrumented and can be provided with software for analysis and DAS for data logging.

RADIATOR PIPE TWISTING TEST RIG

This Test System is designed to test the strength of Radiator Inlet and Outlet pipes due to jerk and manipulate the life of joints, standard scope of supply includes RPM Indicator .Event Counter, Load Indicator, Radiator Hose after clamping on the pipe is subjected to repetitive bends under pressurized conditions. Facility to test both ends at a time is provided. Radiators up to 800 x 800 mm cross section can be tested.

Radiator Vibration Testing Machine is used to test the radiator for vibration. The machine has a vertical platform on which test radiator is mounted and vibrated continuously through an eccentric mechanism, counter shafts and motor .Test rig is fully instrumented fixed speed and variable speed versions are also available. Single / double axis vibration machine and computer software facility is also developed.

RADIATOR LEAKAGE TEST RIG

 

This test rig is designed for quick checking Radiators for leakage test. Test Radiator Inlet & Outlet pipes are plugged and air is introduced in the radiator. Leakage is either indentified using precision pressure transducer and leak indicator circuit or by dipping in water tank and locating leak visually. It is on line production/inward store inspection machine .thus operations are kept at minimum.

FOAM HARDNESS TEST RIG

This machine is designed to check foam rubber components used in vehicle seating arrangement. Parameters like load at various compression values can be checked. The test procedure provided is generally as per JIS Standards & IS Standards. The standard scope of supply comprises of a table frame structure on which the sample under test is placed on a perforated plate. Different types of indenter plates as per standards are used for compressing the test component. Separate load and displacement indicator along with sensors are provided on the unit. Facilities like Auto/Manual operation, printer interface etc. can also be provided on request.

SEAT VIBRATION TEST RIG

This machine is designed to carry out endurance testing of fully assembled seat used in vehicles. The seta under test is rigidly clamped to a vibrating platform and a known dead weight is kept on the seta under test. The complete platform is vibrated at known frequencies & amplitudes for preset number of cycles. Necessary instruments like Cycle Counter, Frequency Indicator are also provided. Variable frequency arrangement also can be provided on request.

IMPACT TESTING FOR FULLY ASSEMBLED SEAT TEST RIG

Designed for impact testing of fully assembled seats under preset load and impact distance conditions. The seta under test is locked to a base frame on which a known mass is dropped from known distance continuously for preset number of cycles. Necessary instruments such as Cycle Counter, Impact Frequency Indicator are also provided. Depending upon type of seat the amount of dead weight and dropping distance & frequency of impact can be set.

SEAT BELT PROOF LOAD TEST RIG

This Test System is designed for conducting proof load test for flexible cables of Seat Belts under a constant tensile load using suitable hydraulic loading mechanism. This system facilitates to test the flexible cables for acceptance test during the process of final production. In short any component required to be tested for proof load within desired range can be tested on this system.

 

BUCKLE DURABILITY TEST RIG

This Test Rig is designed for determining the reduction in the release force due to fatigue of any spring in the release mechanism of a seat belt buckle.

FLEXING FOR FOAM RUBBER SEATS TEST RIG

This system is designed to test the foam rubber sample for repetitive loads and measuring the loss in hardness and thickness as per IS 1741-1960. The machine consists of a frame stand. 1H.P.A.C. drive motor, eccentric mechanism and 6 digit electromechanical stroke counter.

INDENTATION HARDNESS FOR FOAM RUBBER SEATS TEST RIG

This Test System is designed to measure indentation hardness index of foam rubber seat as per IS 1741 1960. The Test System consists of a frame, indenter plate, a warm gear wheel drive and pulley system and a spring balance.

This test rig is designed for carrying out bonding strength test of filter element. Maximum capacity of the machine is 150 kg. Test rig consists of spring, floating shaft, guide bush platform, split type filter holding flanges are provided on this shaft in which filter under test is mounted.
