Circular threaded coupling connectors
These connectors are thread coupled and are in conformity to operating requirements of MIL C 5015 specifications for various industrial applications, these coupling connectors are known for their supreme reliability, high power carrying capacity, their inherent ruggedness and capacity to withstand extreme environmental conditions. Different insert layouts as per MIL STD 1651A and different contact sizes allow carrying of current upto 150 amps. The standard MIL C 5015 insert layouts permit mixing of power and signal contacts.

Bayonet coupling connectors
These connectors have identical insert arrangements as threaded coupling connectors but differ as to coupling which is bayonet type offering improved moisture sealing, faster more positive coupling and uncoupling and improved vibration resistance, these connectors are intermateable with VG 95234 and 121B connectors.

Both series of coupling connectors are manufactured from high grade aluminium for the shell hardware and neoprene rubber for the inserts. Pin and socket contacts are usually silver plated and have solder and crimp terminations.

Both series of connectors have an operating range of 200/3000 volts AC or 250/4200 volts DC at sea level

Both series of coupling connectors are available in various shell sizes ranging from 10SL to 36 with the following connector shell styles

Telescoping bushings - MS 3420
These bushings, made in neoprene, are meant to keep dirt, oil and moisture out of end bell.
Combinations of bushings may be used to reduce cable entry diameter to improve sealing.


Cap & Chains
These are metallic dust caps with a ss chain for protection.

MS 25042 - These have external threads and is used on plugs where a coupling ring is provided.
