About UsFounded in 1988, Jewel Industries first started supplying specialty fabrics to automotive trim lines and paint departments. Our primary focus is producing custom fabrics for specialty applications. In the beginning, we found many prospective customers using "off the shelf "fabric for specialty applications. The "off the shelf" fabric offered poor performance and usually was not cost-effective. By gathering detailed information about those specialty applications, our team engineered fabrics to meet the functions of the application.
We also realized in the beginning it was not economically feasible for many customers to order the large minimums required by most suppliers.
To service customers with special needs (colors and specifications), we offer single dye lots of 800 to 1,200 yards and sample lots of 200 to 400 yards.
With our versatility, no order is too large or too small. Our staff, with over 100 years experience in the textile industry, is always ready to discuss and service specialty as well as commodity needs. |
