|  | Single Conical Spring Seals
Mechanical seal with conical helical spring unbalanced with 'O' Ring as secondary sealing member. Conical helical spring seal is a direction dependent seal. The view from seal face of rotating parts of the seal, clockwise rotating shaft require right hand springs and shafts anti-clockwise direction require left hand springs. Seal face materials and elastomers can be selected from various material for a wide range of applications. The torque on the face is transmitted by means of conical helical spring. The direction of rotation is viewed from the drive end of shaft. The mounting of the seal on the shaft is easier by means of twisting action in the same direction of spring coiling will tend the spring to open.  | Metal Bellow Seals
Welded metal bellows seals are constructed by welding a series of diaphragms together. The bellows unit remove the blocked condition for spring and provides flexibility to the seal face in addition to improve the seal face wear. Used in water and weak corrosive liquid with SUS316 or SUS316L. With Hastelloy-C, can work smoothly in high corrosive liquid. Angle of bellows section is 45 degree to relieve stress and provide longer seal life. Used extensively in chemical industries, especially in high temperature environment. Enclosed grafoil ring and double nested bellows diaphragms. Operation limit :

Rubber bellow seals are single coil spring seal with elastomeric bellows, designed for water, oils, and light duties. These seals function independent of direction of rotation. Special material can be offered to meet specific requirements. Its non-clogging, single coil spring provides greater dependability than multiple spring design. Will not be affected by a built-up of solid. These seals incorporate rubber bellows and have a self aligning, feature, compensating for excessive shaft end play and run out.  | Teflon Bellow Seals
Teflon bellow seal is a chemical resistant, outside balanced externally mounted on extremely corrosive duties including acids, salts, active organic compounds, strong oxidising and reducing agents. All components which comes in contact with the liquid being sealed are made of chemically inert materials i.e. PTFE and highly corrosion resistant materials. The seal has no dynamic elastomers and hence, no fretting damage on the shaft. The non-pusher bellow hydraulically balanced contour eliminates sliding contact with equipment's shaft or shaft sleeves during operation. The seal is mounted on the shaft or sleeve surface externally, and the PTFE bellow convolution extend to components for seal face wear. The rotary face is replaceable on seat without affecting the seal settings. This permits to replace the face which tends to high wear and tear, the efficient cost saving features with this seal.
