Since its inception in 1966, Jilbents Mechanical Works Pvt Ltd is manufacturing and exporting a wide range of industrial products that are used in the industries of defense, dairy and engineering. Our range of products is appreciated for its trouble free operation and good performance. We export the products in the markets of UK and US.

With our vast experience, we specialize in taking up the turnkey projects for the assembling, erection and maintenance of products. All the projects are assured to be completed within the stipulated time frame.

Founded by Mr. S.R. Bilimoria, the company has acquired the certification of ISO 9001:2000. All our fabrication and machining job works conform to this quality standard. We have employed qualified quality inspectors to check quality at every stage of product production and machining.

Products Profile

Bombay & Pune are the markets from where we source quality raw materials of MS, SS, aluminum, brass & copper. The materials are quality inspected, as per our quality standards, before being processed to develop our products. The wide range of our supreme quality products includes dairy equipment, defence equipment & engineering products. Each of the product groupings include a number of efficient products such as heat exchanger, air heaters, pressure vessel, bunker blaster gun housing, scrubber, milk storage tank & many others. Future Plans

The company plans to set up a plant in Sanaswadi on 3 acres plot area to enhance our production capacity. In addition, we are also on the look out for tie-ups with MNC's for heat exchangers.

Infrastructure

We possess a state-of-the-art infrastructure which conforms to the industry recommended measures. It includes two manufacturing units and different departments for assembling and erection of plants. Our manufacturing units are spread over a vast area of 40,000 square feet. The area also includes wide green spaces, as a part of our environment protection policy.
