We manufacture wide range of Rectifiers suitable for Electroplating, Anodizing, Etching, Stripping, Hydrogenation, Metal Refining/Recovery & other electrochemical processes. We use Linear Rolling Contact Type Regulators in our Rectifiers. SPECIAL FEATURES OF JINDAL''''S RECTIFIERS
JINDALS Rectifiers are wound with electrolytic prime grade COPPER STRIP to minimize power losses. Our equipments are designed liberally as per capacity & are ideally suitable for marginal overloading conditions.
Our Rectifiers are equipped with Vertical Rolling Contact Type ON LOAD VOLTAGE REGULATORS, which are manufactured by us in-house & is actually our forte across the country. Our Voltage Regulators are /- type wound with heavy section of copper strip & fitted with Carbon Rollers. The copper section is 3 times than that in conventional dimmer/thyristor control rectifiers & hence, losses are less than 20% compared to the latter. Efficiency of our Regulators is >99% (45% better than dimmer type), designed to deliver 100% continuous duty & for economic life of 15-20 years without any trouble.
SILICON DIODES are tested in house and similar PIV batch & same forward drop diodes are used for equal load sharing & reducing power losses of diodes. Diodes are fitted with suitable heat sink & hole storage resistors & capacitors.
We paint the equipment with EPOXY paint after two coats of epoxy primer, which is resistant to acidic environment.
We use AE / RISHABH / ENERCON make meters only, which are quite accurate & durable.

IPT (Inter Phase Transformer) is connected between two star points of secondary of main transformers. The IPT improves the commutation, thereby increasing the rating of rectifiers.
We use CRGO LAMINATION which has minimum power losses & results in better efficiency of equipments.

Isolation Transformers
Ultra Isolation Transformers has been generally observed that after installing the AVC those customers who have installed the sophisticated machinery/computerized system are still facing some problem in failure of the electronic cards. The problems might be occurring due to on / off switching of inductive , capacitive ,resistive load & electronic ballasts with PWM switching system the incoming supply line are superimposed with dangerous Surge / Spike with RFI noise & harmonics. /these Surges /Spikes occurring power supply for very short duration which leads to the shortening of components life & failure rate of electronic circuits or sophisticated machines & leading to heavy loses of production. It is therefore suggested to install JINDAL”S make Isolation Transformers with Automatic Voltage Controller & at present we are manufacturing Isolation Transformers from 10KVA to 1000KVA.

WHO NEEDS IT? Voltage variation is a common phenomenon across the country - voltage being low during day hours & high during evening / night hours & on holidays. Electrical equipments are designed for 230V(single-ph) / 400V(3-ph) & consume higher current at low/high voltage.
