Mr. Pawan Kumar jadodia is the promoter of the firm who has a vast experience of 25 years as sales manager of Jyoti overseas ltd. His experience has broadened his knowledge about different fabrics. His guided supervision has helped us cater quality fabrics to the market. Though currently we are procuring the required material from reliable manufacturer our promoter is planning to set up its own weaving unit to offer top quality fabrics.


			About Us With the aim to offer fabrics that meet the continuously growing market requirements we are engaged in the manufacture of wide range of fine quality fabrics that include-light, medium and heavy ranges. We are also offering exclusive range of designer fabrics that are as per the leading market trends that are used in the manufacture of varied apparels, garments and other similar items. 			Quality Assurance Strictly adhering to the quality quotient of the fabric we aim to offer high quality product to our customers. To ensure our clients do not have to make any compromise on the quality factor we procure our raw materials from reliable source. Further we also adopt varied quality control measures at different stages of production that is administered by experienced quality experts. The rigorous vigil practiced by our experts ensure our manufactured fabric is of impeccable quality meeting the defined quality standards. The strong hold that we are enjoying today in the market is the result of consistent quality of our product that we have maintained over years.


			Manufacturing Unit To cater to the increasing fabric requirements of the market we have well-structured manufacturing unit and are planning for further expansion by installing separate weaving unit. This would enable us to manufacture premium quality product that are as per the requirement of the customer. We are well-equipped with upgraded machines that are required in the manufacturing process. Our present production capacity is 8000 meters of fabric cloth and canvas ranging from 8onz to 30onz. The current provision and future plans regarding the production unit include: • We have 22 looms to manufacture fabric from 16 inches to 120 inches width and we are presently getting the manufacturing activities on job contract basis under guidance of our well qualified and experienced supervisors. • We have further planning to install 20 more airjet & sulzer looms within a year.
