we are involved in manufacturing and supplying an extensive range of electroforged gratings and are well known as floor gratings. These floor gratings are manufactured by using high quality mild steel and assembled grid of parallel bearing bars with cross bars for spacing and holding the bearing bars erect. This assemble grid is used to cover or floor several openings. Our range of floor gratings are manufactured with the help of electrically fusing steel cross bars to steel bearing bars and are efficiently used for walkways, mezzanine floor, security screens ,industrial and commercial purposes. Floor gratings provide a surface that allows air, light, heat, sound and water to pass through. In addition, these floor gratings are available at competitive prices and are heavily used in construction and engineering industries. The FRP Gratings with moulded conforming to ASTM, E-84 standards.  They are widely used in the power generation, sewage treatment, oil refining and oceanographic survey fields as work floors, stair treads, and trench covers for loading frames.  

The mild steel gratings are hot deep galvanized in the galvanizing bath. The galvanizing bath has got 7 tank surface cleaning process, the purity of the zinc used for hot deep galvanizing shall be 99.95 % pure. The galvanized coating shall be as per IS -3202 / IS – 4759 /  IS – 2629 /  IS – 2633/  IS – 6745,  
ASTM –A -123  or equivalent to international standards.
We also provide hot deep galvanized up to 128 microns of zinc coating on special request.

We manufacturers heavy duty gratings to extra heavy duty gratings ranging from 65mm X 8 mm flat to 200 mm X 20 mm flats. These gratings are suitable for bearing the load of 40 toner trailer to 200 ton Jumbo-Jet Aircraft.


These gratings are hot deep galvanized to 120 microns zinc coating thickness to have a longer replacement life up to 15-20 years. These gratings are guaranteed for their load carrying capacity performance and they are regularly exported by us. Stainless Steel Gratings of various sizes and specifications. The raw materials used for manufacturing of gratings shall confirmed to AISI 304/ AISI316 OR 309, OR as per your requirement.

Manufacturing Process : The gratings are assembled and welded as per specifications. For finishing purpose the gratings shall be acid washed & electro-polished to achieve the best finishing.
