Jkw
3 dive control panel is ideally designed for offshore jobs for two
divers in the water and one as standby for back up purpose. This
panel is fabricated by using stainless steel/brass, housing is open
only at the rear side, as and when it is fixed on the wall, it is
designed in such a manner that nothing happen to the internal
technique. We produce as per the Lloyd’s register of shipping
rules. These
are also equipped with 3 supreme quality depth gauges 0-60 MWK that
assists in monitoring all three divers’ depth at the same point of
time. Equipped with mirror scale, high accuracy of Ø 160 mm
each, it is simple to use. Our panel has 3 high pressure and 2 low

| | Launch And Recovery System (Winches) We
offer Launch and Recovery System which is particularly devised to
give compact and quick intervention system and use least amount of
deck space. The air dive control vessel is supervised by H 2S
sensors at both the doors and mechanically provides positive
pressure. The complete container unit is fire rated to A60 standards
and equipped with 2 on board oxygen cylinders meant for positive
pressure system. Air Dive control is a standard 20 feet ISO container
and the LARS has a standard 20 feet ISO container foot print meant

It is a very important element in wine-making, and is designated as parts per million in wine. It acts as an antibiotic and antioxidant, protecting wine from spoilage organisms, bacteria, and oxidation, and also helps to keep volatile acidity at desirable levels. Argon, Helium, Nitrogen

principal purpose of a pressure regulator is to decrease high
pressure gas in a cylinder or process line to a feasible level that
can be safely used for operating equipment and process, 3" &
4" & 6" Pressure Regulator are particularly designed
for high flow applications for big compressed air installations. Use
of these regulators offer stable output pressures at high flow with
smallest pressure droop. Our range is ideal for 3" lines where
differential pressure between inlet and outlet is little. These gas
pressure regulators are suitable for flows up to 600 Scfm. These are
sturdy in construction and are graded with C.I. body with brass and

| Gas Storages Quads And Cylinder Trolley Our range of Gas Storage Quads and Cylinder Trolley is a solitary gas unit which comprises a group of high pressure gas cylinders that are joined by a high pressure piping and manifold blocks. The number of gas cylinders may vary from 6 to 150. These are widely used in a variety of industries like automotive and others. One of the most significant uses of these is that that it prevents individual handling of cylinders and adequate gas quantity ensuing better production scheduling and cost saving. A cluster of gas cylinders are unified by high pressure piping to develop a single gas storage unit and are termed as cascade. The cylinder cascade might hold from 6 to 600 gas cylinders. For CNG, as per the norms of gas cylinder rules, 2004, the total water capacity of the cascade cannot go beyond 4500 liters. Whenever using cascades, individual handling cylinders should be avoided. Some of the troubles that occur when cylinders are individually handled are:
- Damage to the cylinder valve during handling
- Improper tightening of the cylinder valve when changing
- Unknowingly touching the nearby regulator thereby changing the delivery pressure
- Handling individual cylinders is more labor and time intensive
- Recurring costs of maintaining records of individual cylinder movements.
- Incurring high rentals on non-moving cylinders
- Disputes with supplier on cylinder related issues
Some of these troubles could cause a severe hazard in the organization. Cascades offer a simple, safe and efficient means for the use of gases in the organization. In addition cascades have a superior storage capacity; it assists in production, avoiding regular cylinder alteration. For single cylinder, which requires changing every 3 days, a small cascade of 10 cylinders will not need changing for around one month. This semi automatic panel is ideal for use in applications of laboratories, research and development, refineries, process plants and for high volume manufacturing facilities. The panel is connected as a separate attachment to the two cylinders or cylinder banks. There is an instant switchover between the two cylinders, when the gas on one side is depleted. When the gas on one side is depleted, the panel automatically switches over to the other cylinder. The switchover happens instantaneously, thereby ensuring an uninterrupted supply of gas to the process. The panel is ideally suited for the following applications:
- Laboratories/ research and development - Generally used to supply the carrier gas which has a higher usage. The semiautomatic panel ensures that the expensive calibration gas need not have to be purged
