We are making available 3 different types of vermiculite fire doors that include wooden fire doors, steel fire doors & sliding fire doors. These fire resistant doors are constructed by using fire retardant material that provides heat & flame resistance capacity to the doors. We are offering doors for fire protection with fire rating of 1 to 2 hours. These doors are tested by CBRI, India as per ASTM E – 119, BS : 476 Part – 20 & 22 – 1978, IS : 3809, IS : 3614. It is a light-weight, single pack which when used with water in aggregate proportion helps to obtain high insulating concrete. It is tested as per ASTM E – 119, BS : 476 Part -20, IS : 3809 coated with 38mm thickness on steel I – Beam at the furnace temperature of 1090° C for 3 hours by CBRI, India. It is a ready mix compound that not only protects cable from fire but also checks fire spread through cables. This cable fire barrier system is tested according to UL : 1479, BS : 476 part 20 & 22 and IS :12458 – 1988 from CBRI, India. It has fire resistance capacity of 4 hours.
