Emulsion Mist Separators
Oil and Emulsion Mist Separators In metal processing, the aerosol formation by oil and cooling lubricants poses the main exhaust air cleaning problem. Cooling lubricants are emulsions made of the basic components of water and mineral oil as well as different synthetic additives such as e.g. anti corrosives, biocides and emulsifying agents. To ensure the necessary safety at work, in many cases, maximum aerosol concentrations in a dimension of approx. 5 mg/m3 and less are required in the ambient air.
Wire wool sleevesTraditionally, perforated tubes have been wrapped with stainless steel wool to protect the vulnerable fibrous absorption material pack.
As an alternative, JK can supply a one-piece, flat packed needled tube that is very easily placed over the perforated tube or pipe. The
density of the pack is much more evenly distributed than wrapping loose wool and because the pack is needled together it is less likely to migrate in operation.
Air gap or twin wall pipes 'Air gap' or 'twin wall' pipes are often used for the manufacture of downpipes.
Insulation is provided by the air gap between inner and outer pipes, reducing heat loss from the exhaust gas prior to the catalytic converter. This results in improved light off times. Knitted wire mesh spacer rings and cushion pipes are situated between the inner and outer pipe acting as a bearing surface, maintaining a constant gap through changes in thermal expansion whilst absorbing and reducing vibration.

Droplet Separators
Droplet Separators For the separation of droplets (e.g. water, oils, fats) from gas, air and vapor flows, the droplet separators of J. K. Wire Netting Industries have proven worthwhile in industrial applications as effective and economic installations for the separation of liquids from gases. We produce effective separators from various materials as well as from various material combinations for very different tasks.
In low-pressure losses, separation degrees up to 99,9% are achieved. The laws of mass inertia and diffusion apply to separation.
We are also able, through our comprehensive range of materials, to supply wire mesh packages made-to-order for special applications such as highly corrosive media.
Coalescence Separators For the separation of two non-mixable liquid phases (dispersions and emulsions), we produce coalescence separators made of glass staple fibers in combination with a stainless-steel wire, which are successfully used in process engineering.
Also in the recirculation of water into the natural cycle or into the process cycle, the coalescence separators of JK made of wire mesh render valuable services by separating the organic phases from aqueous solutions.
The action of coalescence separators is based upon the droplet enlargement (coalescence) of the dispersed phase at the wire, monofil or fiber. Depending on the respective application, combinations of materials with different wetting properties are used. After their formation, the droplets fall down and are let off. The coalescence separators of JK are both available as knitted package and as cartridges for modular construction.

Cable Tray
Perforated Type Cable Tray offer an effective way to manage wiring while keeping it accessible, organized and secure. These systems accommodates large number of branch lines and offer high load-bearing capacity. Technician can install one or more dividers to separate power and data lines and organize cabling. For added cabling protection, perforated cable tray can be specified with or without covers. Ventilated louvers can also be specified to facilitate cooling by natural convection while keeping conductors enclosed and protected. Perforated cable tray may be hung using either a center rod support, C-hanger, or two hanger trapeze configuration and they can also be wall mounted using brackets. Available in different sizes and specification (Painted Pre Galvanised, Hot Dip Galvanised , Powder Coated). As per requirement. Available in M.S. Sheet, Pre Galvanized Sheet, Hot Dip Galvanised and Dip Painted. Ladder Type Cable Tray is a cable tray consisting of two longitudinal side members connected by individual transverse members, designed for use as power cable or control cable support. Best constructed tray available for multiple large cables. Typically used by paper mills, power plants and industrial construction requiring strength and reliability. Exclusive Thru-Weld completely welds rungs to the outside of the rails for optimum structural integrity and reduced side rail rotation. Rung Spacings: 9", 12" and 18"; Load Depths: 3" through 5".Materials available: Aluminum, Steel, Steel HDGAF, Stainless Steel, PVC-coated Aluminum or Steel.
