Cable Tray Perforated Type Cable Tray offer an effective way to manage wiring while keeping it accessible, organized and secure. These systems accommodates large number of branch lines and offer high load-bearing capacity. Technician can install one or more dividers to separate power and data lines and organize cabling. For added cabling protection, perforated cable tray can be specified with or without covers. Ventilated louvers can also be specified to facilitate cooling by natural convection while keeping conductors enclosed and protected. Perforated cable tray may be hung using either a center rod support, C-hanger, or two hanger trapeze configuration and they can also be wall mounted using brackets.
Available in different sizes and specification (Painted Pre Galvanised, Hot Dip Galvanised , Powder Coated). As per requirement.
Available in M.S. Sheet, Pre Galvanized Sheet, Hot Dip Galvanised and Dip Painted.
Ladder Type Cable Tray is a cable tray consisting of two longitudinal side members connected by individual transverse members, designed for use as power cable or control cable support. Best constructed tray available for multiple large cables. Typically used by paper mills, power plants and industrial construction requiring strength and reliability. Exclusive Thru-Weld completely welds rungs to the outside of the rails for optimum structural integrity and reduced side rail rotation. Rung Spacings: 9", 12" and 18"; Load Depths: 3" through 5".Materials available: Aluminum, Steel, Steel HDGAF, Stainless Steel, PVC-coated Aluminum or Steel.

Mist eliminators are a highly efficient, low cost means of removing entrained liquid droplets from gas and vapour streams. Finding particular use in the chemical, petrochemical and petroleum refining industries; mist eliminators amongst other applications are used for:
Distillation columns - Improve product quality and increase throughput.
Evaporators - Prevent loss of valuable product which is in liquid form.
Gas Scrubbers - Improve separation of the contacting liquid to leave gas clean.
Knockout Drums - Reduce capital expense by reducing vessel dimensions.
Absorbers - Prevent loss of valuable solvents.
Refinery columns - Increase product throughput, prolong catalyst usability by the reduction of metals and carbon in side draws.
Catalystswe produce oxidation catalysts made of wire mesh whose flexibility enables a tailoring of the catalysts according to the respective application.
Catalytic convertersCatalytic oxidation of industrial exhaust gases and exhaust air streams in: Redevelopment of waste ground, Production of sulphur, Wind modular design, Packagings, Pellets
Catalytic converter Module of a catalytic converter with metal casing.

Droplet Separators Droplet Separators For the separation of droplets (e.g. water, oils, fats) from gas, air and vapor flows, the droplet separators of J. K. Wire Netting Industries have proven worthwhile in industrial applications as effective and economic installations for the separation of liquids from gases. We produce effective separators from various materials as well as from various material combinations for very different tasks.
In low-pressure losses, separation degrees up to 99,9% are achieved. The laws of mass inertia and diffusion apply to separation.
We are also able, through our comprehensive range of materials, to supply wire mesh packages made-to-order for special applications such as highly corrosive media.
Coalescence Separators For the separation of two non-mixable liquid phases (dispersions and emulsions), we produce coalescence separators made of glass staple fibers in combination with a stainless-steel wire, which are successfully used in process engineering.
Also in the recirculation of water into the natural cycle or into the process cycle, the coalescence separators of JK made of wire mesh render valuable services by separating the organic phases from aqueous solutions.
The action of coalescence separators is based upon the droplet enlargement (coalescence) of the dispersed phase at the wire, monofil or fiber. Depending on the respective application, combinations of materials with different wetting properties are used. After their formation, the droplets fall down and are let off. The coalescence separators of JK are both available as knitted package and as cartridges for modular construction.

Wire Belts Conveyor Belts are widely used in forging, food processing, dairy, bottling plant, engineering industries, oil drops,
oil spray, cooling, heat treatment, baking e.t.c.We produce wire conveyor belts as per customer specifications
Range of Production: We produce wide range of conveyor belts from blind and solid conveyor and upwards
Wire Size: 1mm to 6mm
Material: Stainless Steel, Mild Steel, Spring Steel e.t.c.
Plain Chain Link Belts These are the simplest and least expensive forms of Metal Belt, but are suitable only for short runs and light loads owing to their tendency to stretch and narrow.
Applications include: colliery lift safety curtains and collapsible curtains for lifting equipment
Rod Reinforced Chain Link Belts If the Chain Link Belt is required, but with increased strength, then, this can be achieved by passing crossrods through the spiral coils and fitting with chains for drive sprockets.
Applications include: Cooling of bread rolls and washing of vegetables.
Duplex Duplex belts are variants of the rod reinforced chain link belt or of the
balanced spiral belt and offer substantial increases in strength with the added bonus of dense smooth carrying surface.
Applications include: Carrying small items and delicate or polished surfaces which could be damaged or marked by a more open mesh. Often used in furnace for brazing.
Round Coil Can be used as a conveyor belt but is more frequently used for decorative purposes.
Applications include: Bottle washing and fireplace curtains.

Wire Conveyor Belts Cordweave:close mesh belt. These belts are made up of very close meshes and smooth flat surfaces, making them ideal for carrying very fine or small articles and especially suitable for supporting unstable items.
Applications includeBiscuits, cereals, chemicals, glassware, electrical components, continuous baking direct on the belt.
Honeycomb:flat strip belt The Honeycomb Belt with its large open area has proved to be extremely popular in the Food Processing industry where ease of cleaning greatly improves hygienic standards. However it can be used in any application where
stability and good drainage or air flow is a requirement and is particularly suitable for use in multi-tier conveyors in places where headroom is restricted.
Application include: Stoving, washing, heating cooling, drying or sterilising whilst in transit
Ladder Belts Simple and inexpensive, the Ladder Belt is best suited to carrying large lightweight articles over a narrow conveyor and its design enables positive direct drive onto the crossroads. If smaller items are to be conveyed then a chain link belt can be attached.
Typical Applications Extensive uses mainly in the Bakery and Confectionery trades.
