Committed to offer premium quality ink-stamps, we design these products from defect-free raw materials that include: latex rubber, wood for the mounting blocks, adhesive-backed padding that is placed between the rubber and the block, and adhesive-backed labels. Warehouse Section: We have our own warehouse facility. Segregated in different units to store our product range categorically, we carry cleaning process from time to time.

Packaging Facility:We also lay complete emphasis on the packaging of all our products. Our packaging unit is well-equipped with latest machines to deliver safe packaging of products. We pack our products in premium quality packaging materials like, sturdy cartons and carry-bags to ensure complete safety of it.

Manufacturing Process:

The sheets of formed rubber are pressed into sheets of adhering material with adhesive on both sides. The mounted rubber sheets are cut into individual stamps by workers using scissors. Then, the backside of the adhering material supporting the trimmed rubber stamp is mounted on a especially sized block of maple. The blocks of wood are hand-rubbed with linseed oil, which helps to protect the wood.

The designs are mounted by hand, and exceptional care is required to mount the designs squarely. After this, a clear piece of adhesive plastic is placed on the top of the maple block. The stamp design is imprinted on this label, which is called "an index".
