Infrastructure
Our newest addition is the factory in Gujarat setup in 150 acres land one of the largest edible refining facility that can process 400 Million Tons of soybean in a day, 400 MT Palm Oil Processing, 400TPD PALM OIL Fractionation plant and 200MTD Hydrogenation plant in one single location and is strategically located 35km from the Kandla port in the Kutch district of Gujarat.
This location is in close proximately to the port having an advantage to service most of the states in northern India like Punjab, Rajasthan, Uttar Pradesh, Himachal Pradesh, Jammu & Kashmir etc.

Manufacturing Facility
We are having our own corrugated box manufacturing unit and we are utilizing it for inhouse use. Our manufacturing capacity is 15 MT per day.
We manufacture corrugated boxes and fulfill our packaging solutions. Our all the products are comply with quality standards.
Corrugated is the ultimate in flexible packaging material. Ninety (90) percent of all goods shipped to market are packaged in corrugated.
Also known as a Regular Slotted Carton, this is the most commonly produced box at ACME. All flaps have the same length and the two outer flaps (normally the lengthwise flaps) are one-half the container’s width, so that they meet at the center of the box when folded. This is a highly efficient design for many applications and there is very little manufacturing waste. ACME’s RSCs can be printed in as many as 4 colors.
A half-slotted container is a variation of the RSC without one set of flaps. HSCs can be printed in as many as 4 colors.
The Full overlap slotted container has flaps which are all the same length and are also equal to the width of the box. This style is very resistant to rough handling. We can print up to 4 colors on this style box.
