We were founded by Late Mr. Jagjivan Narshibhai Jethwa during the Second World War time as a small enterprise and slowly developed by increasing the number of machines. After then his son Late Mr. Harjivan Jagjivan Jethwa who was a trained and qualified Mechanical Engineer took charge of the company and it progressed further in his guidance.

Today, J.N Jethwa & Sons is administered by Mr. Vimal Hajivan Jethwa, who holds a Mechanical Engineering degree and Masters Degree in Business Administration with specialization in International Business and transactions. Under his able guidance and proficiency, we have flourished as one of the best manufacturers and also engaged in the exporting of the entire product range and has kept us ahead of all other companies.
