We would take this opportunity to introduce ourselves as Jobs Dot Com, a complete service provider in the field of Selection & Recruitment. We had started our operation one& half years back with a team of four advisors heading Marketing, HR, Finance & IT sector, who are primarily responsible for the short listing and selection in their respective specialized area. Having expertise in head hunting, selection and outsourcing, we had developed a number of clientele in and outside West Bengal. we have been able to accumulate an ample database for all industries. Our specialization lies in Retail, Service sector,Industry, Broking Firm finance and FMCG.

Our terms and conditions are as follows:
1. Our service charge will be 8.33% of the candidate's annual gross salary.
2. The service charge is payable within 30 days of the joining of the candidate.
3. 10.3% service tax will be added to the service charge.
4. The company will issue TDS certificate if the tax is deducted at source.
5. You will be entitled to get a free replacement if the candidate leaves your organization within three months from the date of joining.
6. Copy of the appointment letter should be sent to JBC within 7(Seven) days of the joining of the candidate.
